  1. What if Josh Allen quits the NFL and moves to Hollywood????
  2. What if AD and Troy Franklin totally suck? Then our WR corps still sucks AND our defense sucks. You just wasted picks. At the end of the day, just trust your draft board and all the work you put into it.
  3. Definitely. I'm super optimistic. He had an awesome rookie year and should be the Bills' number 1 receiver.
  4. Clearly you need to have the best TEs in history.
  5. They look good. Much better than the Packers or Steelers, for example.
  6. Imagine the Bills spending $1.4 billion including tax payer money to renovate the Ralph and put a canopy over it. I'm sure there would be no complaining whatsoever .............
  7. I wonder what Taylor Thinks... https://nypost.com/2024/05/16/sports/kansas-city-deletes-tweet-disowning-chiefs-harrison-butker/ I'm hoping for some interpersonal drama on that team...
  8. Named after Dan Gable. Imagine being named after a great wrestler and becoming a great wrestler. Your fate was decided from the beginning. You had no say. Your whole life planned out before you even had a say in the matter. With his destiny already decided, he's obviously NOT going to become a football player.
  9. I'm sure you'd be happy with just a canopy over the Ralph.
  10. That sounds great in theory, but will never happen in reality. There is plenty of money to go around and there are only 11 spots on offense, so a team with a franchise QB combined with a stud WR/TE/RB is gonna pay that skill player the big bucks. They can replace every other role player through the draft if they want to, but the big money contract for skill players (the majority being WRs simply based on numbers) is not going away.
  11. WRs in the traditional sense...yes. They are probably becoming a "dime a dozen." However..."receivers" are still super valuable and will be paid big big money. A receiver can be a WR, TE, or RB. This is a QB/offense-driven league and there will always be mega-star receivers (no matter what position they play.) Looking to the Bill's future, I could definitely see Kincaid and Cook getting the big money contracts alongside Josh because they are great receivers (even though they play TE and RB). Like you mention McCaffrey, he has paved they way for the modern RB.
  12. Do we look at this as confidence in Shakir or Kincaid? Or Both? I'm not sure how much playing time Shakir gets if Brady ends up using two TE sets a lot, which they should definitely do.
  13. It's like when a person is transitioning. They're making changes and trying to look like someone else. They'll eventually complete the transition and look the way they want, but there's always that period where they look super weird and you're not sure exactly where it's going. Have faith.
  14. It's going to be really interesting to see how Brady uses the TEs. Either he utilizes a lot of two TE sets or else Dawson Knox is not going to see much playing time. Based on his history, Brady will want to use 1 TE (Kincaid) with Coleman and Samuel on the outside and Shakir in the slot. But using Knox on the end and Kincaid in the slot I think makes more sense if they want to be a dominant running team. Just keep it simple and out-execute the other team.
  15. It's well known that children are a superfood.
  16. You know a bunch of people here compare him to Kelvin Benjamin, right? Why give them this ammo?
  17. Good to know. That makes me feel a little better about him potentially returning back to form. He was still getting targets and blocking regularly throughout the year. I thought he just became an afterthought in the passing game.
  18. Seems generous for Knox. He was barely a part of the passing game last year. 186 total yards in 12 games.
  19. McDermott always preaches "complimentary football." That's the team's philosophy. We're reminded of this philosophy all the time. Brady coached Curtis Samuel to his best statistical year. You don't think Brady had influence in getting Samuel?
  20. Wait, Coleman caught a 60 yard bomb for a TD against Syracuse and had 5 yards of separation. I'm confused.
  21. Coleman is 2a and Shakir is 2b to their #1 Kincaid.
  22. Every team gets to that position, though. It's the nature of the league and the cap. The Chiefs were in that position too, but still maintained their championship calibre because, like you said, coaching and 5-star QB plus other legit talent. Beane for sure saw it coming and it's his job to know how to navigate it. He executed his plan and we'll see how it goes.
  23. All fans want their team to be champions. However, most don't need it in order to feel personally fulfilled. You're not involved with the team. Their failures are not your failures, just as their accomplishments are not your accomplishments. That's the weird dynamic with fandom that some people get hung up on and it affects their emotions to an unhealthy degree.
  24. Every time I've been to Florida I've loved it, to be completely honest. But I was in the panhandle area 3 of those times (military TDYs) and Disney World once. Never during hurricane season.
