  1. Can't pick and choose what PFF grades to like/dislike. All their grades suck. They're only good for stats.
  2. Compared to Collin Brown, Douglas Mother ***** Legursky was the greatest of all time. And that's how my username came to be.
  3. They have signed some college players I think. The only stipulation is that you must have graduated high school by 2020. All the players to be drafted have already signed their contracts with the league.
  4. They seem confused about what they want to be. If they're gonna tap into NFL piggy banks, then they're gonna be a developmental league. Getting the financial footing to compete with the NFL is gonna be a long hard road. But maybe this makes that goal a little easier to achieve.
  5. Workouts have been optional anyway. Don't players skip certain events every year? Just go do the interview and medical if you're so worried about not having your training staff there.
  6. Gamblers unis are solid. Overall the designs are amateurish, but that was expected. If the league is successful, hopefully they clean em up with a more classic style. When it comes to uniforms, less is more.
  7. I think they're going to extend him at the right price, both parties will be happy, and they should. They've developed him, he's become a leader, and done everything they've asked. He'll continue to be a polarizing player to fans, but that doesn't matter to the front office. To then it only matters that they have the pieces in place for a top 10 defense.
  8. It's just like the development of life on earth. A bunch of tribes that know nothing about each other's existence until a breakthrough in technology allows them to bridge the gap.
  9. They learned from the AAF. You can't try to start a league these days all in their own locations and pour money into trying to drum up local support. The money is all in the TV broadcast. Dump what money you have into the TV contracts and advertising, pay good coaches and players as best as possible, while keeping your other operating costs low. The game day situation has 70s vibes to it. Their playing on network television, but in a ***** concrete stadium in Alabama, lol. It seems like the right plan, though. I went to an AAF game in Phoenix and it was fun, but it was obvious how hard they were trying while getting very little in return in regards to local support.
  10. I will absolutely watch. We're all rooting for the Houston Gamblers right? I'd love for them to become more popular in Houston than the Texans. And obviously, we Bills fans have a little history there.... Yeah. Remember this hit in the AAF? Perfectly legal. Honestly don't know how the USFL will handle it, but I'm all for more football.
  11. As a whole, sure. But there are a ton of fans in that area, nonetheless. They watched their team move to St. Louis and win a SB there. At least they were able to win now in their original city.
  12. Not surprised. The NFL is gonna make their TV money either way, so they don't care.
  13. Yep. It's so nice to have confidence in the team and this staff's ability to build a consistent winner. We're finally able to watch a playoff caliber team every year. When you have that hope, the losses are more palpable (unless you're a troubled person).
  14. It's gotten too big for its britches in many ways and it's annoying. As long as the Bills don't become a sleezy organization like the Pats or WFT, I won't lose interest. And I have additional interest in other leagues forming, like the AAF and XFL did, and the USFL now. I want more football, not less football.
  15. Folding tables can't be reused. Once you jump through it, it's done dude.
  16. This is awesome. I joked earlier in the year that the Bills should hire Kromer again. Didn't think it would actually happen.
