Yeah, I could see him being just like Romo until the network tells him to quit it. But he's not going to have as good of a co-host as Romo has with Nance and will be burdened by FOX's cheesy broadcast program.

I think all those movies you mentioned have cogent stories, but they're just unimaginative, including Top Gun. Not to say they're boring, just nothing new. Top Gun was bolstered by the awesome jet fighter action and star power, and that it was released in 1986, when Reagan was president, right after the Challenger and Chernobyl disasters, and when the Soviet Communist party was still going strong....and people needed something to get them pumped up. This movie looks like it will have the exact same elements as the original, but the timing is different.

Well, what made the original so great? Sometimes a movie is great simply because it was released at the right moment in history. I don't think fans of the first should expect the same magic from this movie, but the trailer looks awesome. Same regarding the multiverse. They have to get creative with the stories around it and I thought the last Spiderman movie wasn't very imaginative, although it was fun to watch.

I'm kinda iffy about this. The final season of GoT was meh and the creators did not seem too invested in it anymore. Will be interesting to see of these new people can recapture that old GoT magic.

Yeah, but Davis has actually improved since then. Hodgins hasn't gone anywhere. I think if Hodgins somehow breaks out, it's under a different context than if someone like Groot breaks out, which means something different for the success of the Bills.

Isaiah Hodgins? If he gets significant playing time that means like 10 receivers are injured and the Bills are DOOMED. 😄
