  1. What does this have to do with this thread, Chas? Everyone needs to feel special.
  2. Every team builds and strategizes around their starting QB. In your scenario of having Cousins instead of Allen, why would the rest of the team be the same?
  3. You think they'd get all the same players if Cousins was their QB? You think they'd have the same play calling and strategies?
  4. What's your supporting argument for thinking they would not be as good? We can point to the Bills breaking the playoff drought with Tyrod Taylor and Co. I think "the process" is there for the Bills to be a playoff caliber (not championship caliber) team with any above-average QB under center. For Bills fans focusing solely on the Bills, I think perspective can be skewed a bit. For a few years now, the Bills have had one of the better overall rosters in the league. With Cousins playing QB, they'd probably still win the AFCE, but at least be a WC.
  5. He'll be 29 and in his 8th season with a significant injury history... Yes, that's "old" for a DE in the NFL.
  6. The Bills get an old, big name DE from the AFC West How original.
  7. I think Buffalo would have a good turn out, but they should stick to non-NFL cities. Salt Lake City, Portland, San Diego... They don't seem to want to spread out too far yet.
  8. Cook either responds to the pressure and continues his greatness or crumbles and becomes part of the committee
  9. Most of these special helmets we're seeing coincide with a "color rush"/monochrome look. The players seem to prefer the blue over the red.
  10. There's still time. Doing a red helmet or a white-out helmet would be easy. Or even a blue helmet, since the players like to do the all-blues anyway.
  11. The Bills are 4th behind KC, San Fran, and Lions. Tied for third, really.
  12. Congrats to the Mavs for making it, but they were completely outmatched. Celtics ran through the playoffs like they were playing a bunch of college teams.
  13. No idea. First team to perfect the wildcat offense wins.
  14. It's definitely not a QB-driven league. If I were a coach/GM in this league, I'd forget about QBs and WRs. Just get the most mobile QB you can find to pair with the best RBs you can find. San Antonio had the right idea, but was outmatched on the field in the end. He doesn't need another chance. He's had ALL the chances.
  15. A. The talent that's been put on the field has been great. Without fact-checking, I think the Bills are the winningest team in football since Beane got here. Fans may not agree with the plan or every single decision, but they really couldn't ask for more from a GM.
