  1. I'm pretty sure they already said construction would start in summer 2023 Building a multi-use entertainment district in one of the biggest cities in the country makes sense.
  2. Technically, the Cigarette Smoking Man died in 2018. This presumably relieves the Bills of any tampering from nefarious, high-level operatives. After the the last few years, however, one still has to suspect a higher power could be involved.
  3. Yep. Cook this year is the epitome of an X factor player. He's gonna be in on special teams and gadget plays and pass plays. They should use him in weird ways that throw off the D. If the Bills have a huge lead, they give him more typical RB plays. Not harsh in my opinion. Like Shady posted above, the Bills are pretty good in prime time. We often see amazing Josh Allen plays in prime time. To have a negative view on it is to choose to be a miserable person.
  4. If not he should be by default. IMO, when you have a rookie QB you let the incumbent lose the job first. That way there is no questioning the decision when you put in the rook. Because rookies will always struggle eventually. Pitt knows what they're doing. On the flip side, we saw the Dolphins botch that up in Tua's first year.
  5. Dude, everyone in the stadium would be cheering and ogling the pretty pictures. You know it, I know it, even @HOUSEknows it.
  6. Like 95% of the fans would be cheering if they showed pics of a new stadium
  7. Boston media...hell, all sports media...does this whenever they're local team is showing vulnerability. It's the story. Belichick is going to coach well and they'll be competitive, but his team will be low on talent. When all's said and done, his legacy will remain.
  8. I viewed the Bengals much differently. They had built a talented roster throughout and had a bonafide franchise QB that everyone could see was the real deal, taken 1st overall the previous year. They were on the up-and-up, whereas the Pats, Dolphins, Browns are stagnant or just bad. They have huge question marks at QB and culture/chemistry issues. Picking the Bengals to make a SB run last year would've been a significant dark horse candidate, but it wouldn't have been outrageous to mention them in an article such as this, considering the talent. IMO, the Pats, Phins, and Browns are not the same type of candidates with that kind of potential.
  9. You could make the argument that all the best Mexican chefs migrate to SoCal...
  10. He's basically a rookie and already has 463 combined tackles.
  11. The last one and the easiest one.
  12. The Patriots, Dolphins, and Browns cannot make the Super Bowl. Mike Florio is kidding himself with that.
  13. Pressure...sure. Extreme pressure? Idk about that. The team has put this pressure on themselves since 2020. I don't think media expectations this offseason have changed it for them. It's somewhat changed perception for the fans, but not for the team. I think being in a crowded AFC could ultimately help the Bills because the other divisions are tough, but the Bills's division is relatively week. The AFCS, AFCW, and AFCN are going to beat up on each other, while the Bills will arguably have the easiest time winning their division and hopefully getting homefield advantage for the playoffs.
  14. It'll be up to the pass rush to disrupt Stafford. How that goes early in the game will indicate whether we're in for a shoot out or a blow out.
  15. I'm surprised at Justin Zimmer. That kid is a beast. You'd think he'd at least be a backup somewhere.
  16. Von has a bit more mileage on him coming into Buffalo, but I expect 3-4 solid years out of him, barring injury. I definitely see him being part of a SB winning team in Buffalo. He's the kind of leader the Bills need in order to get it done.
