  1. This is a good matchup for the Bills offense and defense. All they have to do is execute.
  2. He's a rookie carrying it for the team. Rookie duties.
  3. It was most definitely split, just like I imagine Miami fans are split.
  4. Huh? They're not that different in size based on those pictures. The Charley picture is zoomed out more.
  5. Lamar accounts for 86% of the Ravens offensive production. Josh accounts for 83% of the Bills. I believe those are tops in the NFL, can't confirm though.
  6. It's part of the BIRGing and CORFing effect in fan behavior. Fans attach themselves to a team and then associate themselves with the success or failure of said team, reacting accordingly. It's why fans say "we" when referring to the team even though they're not a member of that team. Obviously not everyone who says "we" has mental issues, but fans that take it too far automatically go on the defensive in a situation like this. Same thing they would do if personally accused of neglect in their actual lives.
  7. Apparently, they don't think Motor can handle the workload of a full season. Once again saving him for the playoff run. Cook could be a big factor as well if he keeps improving. I think they know Moss isn't the guy, but he's serviceable enough to keep the rotation going during the first half of the season.
  8. Pats fans were same with the cheating. It's what people do. I'm sure some Bills fans would, too.
  9. I've been told that's the one thing you're not supposed to do if you suspect a concussion
  10. Yeah, they get evaluated each day if I remember correctly. If they fail, they have to wait 48 hours before being tested again. If they pass, they're good to go right away. I assume he would've been passed the first day.
  11. I slipped on a wet concrete floor at an indoor pool facility, hit the back of my head, felt totally fine within a few minutes. Later that night I started puking, then laid down and got really dizzy, went to the ER and had the worst headache of my life. The next few days felt gradually better and felt no effects thereafter.
  12. For Miami, it's the confetti protocol. Nothing to see here, let's party!
  13. It's this type of thing that will bring down the league for good and they only bring it upon themselves.
  14. Yeah, he might have still played if he passed concussion protocol throughout the week. It seems likely that he would have, whether it was legitimate or not.
  15. I kind of agree. Not sure who they'd play exactly at those spots, but I don't think putting Bernard out there gives them their best 11.
  16. I don't think they'll put Taron outside. He's not well-suited there. He'll just play less snaps again. You never know. Maybe injuries force them too. That's why they got Rhodes, though.
  17. The NFL wants the home field advantage and the story line it provides. "hot in Miami" and "cold in Buffalo" is on brand. It's entertainment.
  18. American English translation: they need a whole truck load of luck; or just a lot of lock
  19. Yeah, Josh just needs to reach the ball over the line in that scenario. Seems like a high-percentage play. Don't overthink it.
  20. True. I just felt it was weird for people to suddenly be raising the alarm of possible death when concussion protocol was brought about due to long term effects, not death.
  21. It's weird how in the UFC it's too easy. The ref sees the player KO'd or they wobble on their own and fall down = fight over. You'd think it would be similarly simple for NFL players....
  22. I get that it could happen...and one time would be too many... but has any football player ever died from concussions? The concussion protocol is a relatively new thing and I don't recall anyone every dying before. It's more about long term health. Tua should take a long break, and I'm not just saying that as a Bills fan, he has his whole life to think about.
