  1. I am not hoping for any Ints. I want to win the game. But I really see zero upside in the Peterman experiment.
  2. I have a ton a careful analysis on the question posted in the very lengthy original post. The answer: Yes, a bad year will be a bad year.
  3. Its clear you don't have an answer. This is fine. Don't waste everyone's times with posts that just tell us "I don't know"
  4. Actually a Peterman kind of year, based on history, means we will see Allen in the second half against the Ravens.
  5. Allen and Darnold are in the petrie dish to allow us to see what prepares a QB better for the future, carrying a clipboard, or playing NFL Games. Who do you think will be more prepared to play QB in 2019>
  6. Unfortunately, this is all about lowering fan expectations. Its not about what is best for winning games or developing Allen. If you are start Peterman and go 0-4, then fans stay interested when you bring in Allen. If you start Allen and go 0-4, then fans lose interest. The second scenario much better for developing Allen.
  7. Real question. Is Peterman the worst starting QB in the NFL. If not, who is worse?
  8. I am a pretty big Josh Allen fan. But it is highly possible the Peterman/Allen combo under performs Taylor for last year.
  9. This just in, most GMs fail too. There might be a connection.
  10. It really comes to to Josh Allen, who I think will be great, if Allen fails, then Beane fails.
  11. If we start Allen game 1, and the oline provides a decent amount of protection, I am very excited about the teams playoff prospects this season. If the team starts Peterman then the old adage "if you have two QBs you have zero QBs" clearly applies and it will be a painful season.
  12. The psychological drama, is why do you think your superior to other posters.
  13. Riddle me this. What part of you calling out other peoples fanhood makes you a good fan of the team?
  14. What can I say. You are wrong. I stand by my statement. The original post is stupid.
  15. Stupid post. GM isn't the team. Coach isn't the team. An individual player isn't the team. Losing sucks. Winning is fun. People complain about performances by employees of the team that the believe will cause the team to lose, or in fact actually caused the team to lose (ie 5 picks in a half )
  16. Imagine yourself a defensive coordinator game planning to the Bills. Peterman is so much more limited than Allen, game planning is dramatically easier. Allen gives the team a meaningful edge as the starter even before the first snap. If the team wants to "test" Allen by going full bore pass rush on every play, then McCoy runs for 200 yards. This is an easy decision. Start Allen.
  17. I would like to see Peterman traded for Brady. Its a win win, the Patriots get a young quick release QB, and the Bills get a true older mentor for Allen to learn from.
  18. This scenario is 100000x better than watching Peterman
  19. did he learn this ability to quickly read defenses recently, because last year in his only start he just kept throwing the ball to the defense.
  20. Real question, if you had Mack does that change were we pick this year? How many wins do you think Mack would add this season.
  21. Peterman or Allen, if the starter will both likely be considered the worst starting QB in the NFL by objective third party observers. Its laughable to suggest Peterman is 70% as good a Brady (7/10) and that Allen is 71% as good as Peterman (5 vs 7). The Gap between Peterman and Brady is a giant chasm.
  22. Who is the Bills best QB right now. Not potential, Not who is best behind a crappy oline. Plain and simple who do you think is the best QB today.
  23. Did the Jets turn a FA agent signing into a third round pick. That is some nice gm work.
