Normal organizations are showcasing their exciting first round picks. The Bills will be showcasing a cast off rookie punter. This is the sort of thing that makes NFL fans understand the word "Billsy" as an adjevtive as in "That was a Billsy decision"

If I was a Falcons fan, I would not be relaxed about Matt Ryan's piss poor performance. If I was an Eagles fan I would not be relaxed about Nick Foles performance. If the Bills under Peterman score 12 points in the entire game, and the Bills lose, I will not be relaxed. He played unlike any rookie ever before, by throwing 5 interceptions in one half. Maybe that was a fluke. But is was arguably the most cringe worthy performance in NFL history.

Only 12 of 32 teams make the playoffs every year. Its a truly monumental feat.

I was very optimistic. The team had gotten rid of a weak starting QB, and drafted someone who is a special talent. Then they decided to start a QB who is worse than last years QB, and I became pessimistic.

Based on the preseason it is tough to imagine Allen having enough time for receivers to run 70 yards down field. Even if the other team rushes only 1 player.

Can you point to a single example in the last 30 years of a coaching staff that didn't succeed during the first 4 years who went on to steady success beginning in year 5. Real question.

I stand corrected. I didn't realize that the Bills strategic imperative is to add 6th and fifth round QBs with the goal of spending years to develop them to trade for third round draft picks.

If they wanted to wait to develop a Franchise QB, the team should have kept Taylor. You can't develop two projects at the same time. Any time spent on developing Peterman is 98% likely to just turn out to be a waste of time.

There should be a new poll. How big of a mistake is starting Peterman over Allen? 1. Titanic sized bad 2. Kaepernick as spokesman sized bad 3. New Coke product strategy bad 4. Hiring Rex Ryan bad

Peterman is not average, when compared to starting NFL QBs. More or less every objective observer who follows the NFL ranks him dead last. You are very kind with "average at best"

My personal opinion is that the best QB of the two of them, will turn out to be the best QB, regardless of whether or not the coaching staff sits them or starts them. It will just take longer for someone who does not get to play. It wont change the final outcome.

Every NFL team has holes. The Bills issue is that they lack stars. They are down to one, McCoy. There is no real strengths to this team.

We all get it. You don't have an answer. No need to post to tell people you don't have an answer. Most successful QBs in the last 20 years that didn't play behind a hall of famer (Rogers) played the majority of their rookie seasons.

Do you realize the coaches made the playoffs over and over and over again. You have your cause and effect backasswards.
