    Look at any NFL roster from 4 seasons ago. 80% of it will have turned over since then. On every team. The concept in the NFL is to assemble about 5 key assets 6 if your lucky, and rotate players around them. We may have 2 in place now with Allen and Edmunds. T

    Conventional wisdom is not always wise. With conventional wisdom the steelers would not have drafted Terry Bradshaw, because they took Hanratty the year before. The 49'ers wouldn't have traded for Steve Young. The cowboys would not have taken Staubach.

    I would have cried if they ever traded Kelly for Elway or Kelly for Marino. But conventional wisdom typically ranks the Elway and Marino ahead of Kelly.

    Your top 3 are correct. Wrong order. Its 1. Brady 2. Montana 3. Manning Marino and Rogers are arguably the next two as the top 5 Passers of all-time. That is slightly different than top 5 QB. I think I would put Johnny Unitas fourth. And then Terry Bradshaw.
