This stability results when teams win. For example the Bills fired the WR coach, Oline coach and special teams coach because all sucked. By the "stability" logic, we should expect each of these units to deteriorate next season.

The title of this tread is not really the right question for a good GM to ask. The right question to ask is "where can I get the return on investment for each decision". For example, Khalil Mack for a first round pick and a rookie contract gives a much bigger return on investment then the return for a basket of picks plus 20 million per season. Patrick Mahomes for a first round pick and 3 million per year is a much better investment than Kirk Cousins for 24 million per year.

What contact? The coaches can't have contact with Anderson either. Do people think Anderson is free-lancing coming up with his own QB development plan without contact with the Bills coaching staff?

People are "making up" wierd theories, that have no basis in reality. I am pointing out actual facts. Allen is working with Palmer. He is not working with Anderson.
