My answer and it may not be popular: Josh needs to have a good year 3. A single year, and I hope he has it, is a great start, but we have to see him return next year in the correct workmen type frame of mind. Plus, teams will be taking away what they see from the tape they have, and he will have to show he can adjust. Anyways, until he has 2 reasonably good seasons, I wont be ready to anoint him. But he's playing well now, and I'm more than happy to enjoy the ride.
