  1. Hit the ***** GAME WINNING TD PASS TO A WIDE OPEN WR?! Maybe it was more Gabe's fault, but holy ***** put some air under it and let him find it in the back of the endzone. I'm the biggest Josh defender there is, he was in God-mode, but he had a chance to finish the game and he didn't. Offenses making plays win games like that, not defenses getting stops.
  2. Yes and it sucks. One small thing that would help would be if TV spotters would get the FLAG graphic on screen right when it gets thrown. It would help identify what the penalty might be real time and eliminate the dreaded late graphic when you think a play was clean.
  3. Pretty obvious 53 man manipulation on a guy who couldn't make the active roster even prior to us adding another CB. I support it though, stash him and hope for next year.
  4. *A lot of a Bills Fans' opinions make it seem like they don't have eyes. Elam is brutal, terrible processor (brain).
  5. Since he was down scouting the SEC, what are the early leaders for positions of need/interest in our 2024 draft? OT, S, WR, DT?
  6. Claypool isn't half the player Gabe is.
  7. Zero, literally zero interest. Poor character and unimpressive player. Also not a position of need imo.
  8. Good to finally have scientific evidence: marijuana use does not effect fertility.
  9. I'm afraid Kaiir is a bit of a dunderhead, a bit slow upstairs, doesn't have both oars in the water, bless his heart.
  10. Weather forecast for Monday night in NYC has been improving for a couple days, with only light showers possible at times during the game now. As of right now, this isn't looking like the slop fest predicted two days ago. However, tons of flights into NYC are getting cancelled today and tomorrow. My crew is piling into an SUV and making the drive at 7a tomorrow to avoid the headaches of rebooked flights. Go Bills.
  11. Thanks for saving me the time. The Humphrey "obsession" is only such because so many Bills fans agreed that he was the obvious pick, which is a rare occurrence in any fanbase. Getting a "franchise" center to pair with your franchise QB in the same age group is a really nice luxury that fell into our laps. So yeah, people are still pissed about it just like they were five minutes after the pick.
  12. Miami just traded 23yo former 30th overall pick CB Noah Igbinoghene (Auburn) to Dallas for 23yo former 44th overall pick CB Kelvin Joseph (LSU). Shows that there is some precedent for bailing on high-profile SEC corners living off draft pedigree while underperforming. I don't think this happens to Elam this year, but next year he could find himself in the exact same position as these two.
  13. I agree, but what you're describing is the closing of one window and the opening of another a few years later. The window would be firmly closed during a couple 8-9 years since we wouldn't be anywhere near winning the Super Bowl then. Every great QB goes through a few different windows as their team retools talent and manages cap issues.
  14. Really rough pick at the time with everything that we knew re: age, arm length, all of us on the Creed train when Morse was already starting to get banged up badly. But oh well, we move on. I'd love to see every other team's 2-3 round history in the last 5 years. Bet it isn't so different than ours. And Rousseau is a monster in year 3 at pick 30, which is not exactly easy to do. PS I'm relatively new here, is there a block function to weed out the insane people? Just looking for interesting, non-pathological, non-hysterical discussion.
