He is from the perspective he will get paid significantly less than Dak and the cowboys would get probably a first for Dak. So I would think that’s actually not a bad idea. Especially if you know Dak isn’t the future. Use that capital for the future to build up the team and potentially trade up for an elite QB 2-3 years down the line.

Dorsey is bottom third in terms of quality of OCs in the league. He just happens to have an elite QB who can make the offense appear better than it is. Outside of the first four games this season, our offense has not looked like it had any rhythm or was able to set up plays later on in the game. Dorsey is simply in over his head and I’d hate to waste another year of Josh’s prime waiting for Dorsey to get better

Regardless if Hamlin comes back or not, he was not very good this year. Lots of mistakes. Didn’t really show a natural talent to man the backend of our defense. We need find that diamond in the rough via free agency, IMO

Their secret last year was the offense generating a huge lead forcing the other team out of their game plan and throwing the ball. This defense is built to play with a lead. And our offense this season wasn’t really able to get us the requisite leads so our defense just got shredded. this all comes down to our defense can’t win games on their own. They are reliant on the offense to be performing well every week. That is not the way to build a championship team

I think both need to go. Dorsey ran a pretty inefficient offense. He’s just lucky that Josh is such a great player and could routinely make off a schedule plays. But nothing on offense looked easy this year. It was a constant struggle outside the first two weeks

You can’t honestly say our defense was effective all year. They never seemed to get the important stops and let teams stay in games. Rarely did we play complimentary football.

I think Frazier should absolutely be gone. 13 seconds, now this whole season. and if McD wants to save his own butt he will fire Dorsey and get a better OC (hopefully Reich) to take the reins and make the offense more efficient and fluid

I really don’t like Mixon. And Burrow comes off as very cocky and arrogant. Not qualities I particularly like. to me, there is nothing really redeeming about the bengals. No one player I have a massive amount of respect for. I’d say the same for the chiefs. So in the end I wouldn’t mind seeing Mccaffery or Hurts get a ring. Probably leaning towards hurts.

I disagree. I think he’s marginally, at best, better than epenesa and Shaq Lawson. Groot is probably topping out at 6-8 sacks a season. Those a Chris Kelsay numbers.

Probably defeated realizing his prime years are being burned by having lack of quality OC, talent on offense and a defense that is useless in the playoffs. This team needs a big shakeup

I talked about it in the GDT. But McD is good for one blowout a season. Thought we were over that issue. But today it again reared it’s ugly head. I still wouldn’t fire him. This is a good team. McD is a good coach. He isn’t the best game day coach. But he usually has his teams ready. I do worry if we fire him we will go back in the tubes.

Browns will be much better. Schwartz coming in at DC and Deshaun getting a whole offseason and pre season. Watch out for them

I do worry how Roman would treat Josh. Afraid he would run josh into the dirt and shorten his career. I think McD knows his seat is hot. He knows he needs movement. If he ties himself to Frazier and maybe even Dorsey, he is going down with them too. Uncle Rico was fired after one season after McDs first year because he clearly didn’t have the propensity to coordinate a good offense. Hopefully McD realizes this with Josh as well. Josh needs better

Well McD fired Rico after one season because he was clearly a poor offensive coordinator. I’m thinking McD realizes our offense really struggled all season (even though we put up a ton of points). I’m very curious to see how many points were scored “off schedule” this season compared to last year. Because that would be a testament to Josh, not so much Dorsey.

Our strength is our offense. Defense just needs to be serviceable. First off, we need a better OC. One who can scheme players open and has more creative looks. Who that is? I don’t know. secondly, we need a better o line who can establish the run. Tbh, we should probably go o line in rounds 1 and 3. thirdly, we need a WR 2. Gabe ain’t it. He’s a number 3. Draft one in the second round this year IMO. You also need to consider this position takes a couple years to develop and Diggs probably won’t get an extension. So this position needs to be invested in

It’s been a let down all season. With the amount of money and assets allocated to the defense, we’ve not gotten anywhere near the amount of production we needed out of it. Frazier needs to go. He’s not getting hired as a HC

I agree. McD is in a tough situation where Frazier needs to go and we can’t waste Josh’s career waiting for Dorsey to figure it out. Which means two coordinators should probably be gone. honestly, I think we should give McD two more years with the idea that he hires two new coordinators.

He might be jumping from one burning ship to another. Tough situation for him.

Plus I’d say Dorsey is probably one of the worst coordinators in the league. He’s just lucky he has one of the best all around players QBing his offense. Hackett is obviously one of the coordinators worse than him
