Agree. But I think at this point we might as well get another mind calling the shots in Joe Brady. I think it may be a couple weeks too early at this point. But if we struggle these next two weeks in offense like we have been practically all season, you gotta make a move. Although at that point McD won’t take that risk anyway knowing his own seat would be very hot

Totally agree considering last year they were successful when Josh winged it. Not under the scheme of Dorsey. I think a lot of bills fan, and ownership included, are afraid of falling back to the drought years if we fire McD. Of course that’s a reasonable thought. But McD isn’t winning us a SB. Our expectations are higher. i would rather move in from McD and get an offensive coach who could possibly elevate this team instead of sticking with the known quantity of McD at this point.

Yup. I would rather get 10 years out of Superman Josh where he runs and abuses his body than 15-17 years out of whatever Josh we’ve seen in the first halves of the last three games

From McD’s perspective, it was already a big leap relieving Frazier and assuming play calling duties. If that didn’t work, then it’s McDs head. by relieving Dorsey, he’s essentially acknowledging that the team isn’t right and making his own seat even hotter. It’s a catch 22 He needs to see what Brady can do for us because this teams performance is absolutely brutal

I hate to say it, but Josh hasn’t played “elite” this year outside of the Miami game.

I saw what Babich did as OC in St. Louis. He was pretty bad too

1. Fire McD 2. Trade or cut Knox 3. Cut Von Miller 4. Let Hyde, Poyer and Gabe walk 5. hire Ben Johnson

I have no idea how McD can defend Dorsey still. The best defense is a good offense, and our offense has sucked outside of the last 9 minutes today.

Sadly this team is missing its window. Hyde and Poyer should be gone next year, we need to move in from Gabe and Knox, and McD has gone stale. Unless we have a big turnaround, and make the SB, we are spinning our wheels

I disagree. Our offense hadnt played complementary football at all outside of Miami. Defense is gonna have down games. Our offense has had down games every game but 2 this season

I don’t know how you can defend Dorsey after this game. Yeah we scored 25 points. But a lot of those were josh improvising at the end. he needs to go. mcD needs to go after this season too because he keeps underperforming. Tbh, I wouldn’t be surprised if we miss the playoffs at this point. and I hate Mac Jones. That guy is like Brady without the talent. At least Brady could back it up on the field

Yeah. And losing those two games could potentially keep us out of the playoffs interesting how two no calls had a direct impact on the outcome of those games
