Gotta say this is the most unenthusiastic I’ve been about a game this year. Expectations aren’t particularly high at this point. Hope they get a statement win

So are you thinking some of the offense’s woes are due to Josh’s deficiencies? I know us bills fans like to think Josh’s sh*t don’t stink, but I actually think he has had a fairly large role in why our offense isn’t doing well

So people here either say it is Kens fault or Josh’s for failure to take advantage of opportunities. If Josh isn’t mentally prepared to adjust quickly, that either means a) he’s not preparing himself or is uncoachable or b) Ken isn’t taking time to make sure Josh knows exactly what to expect and where to go and who to look for. iMO, it comes back to coaching. Ken has got to do a better job helping Josh out not just with play calling, but what to look for out on the field.

Hopefully this pats game was our 2021 bucs game. Perhaps and awakening? I hope so. I know not all seasons run linear

One thing that drives me crazy is that in the playoffs the refs have the booth to assist in all calls. It essentially removed the need for challenges because the refs used quick replays to fix an errant call/ no-call. It actually worked pretty well. On top of all that, it was efficient and didn’t even slow the game down. I have no idea why they don’t do that in the regular season.

That would suck. Now we can run him from the gun with the HB draw. Derrick is someone who needs a full head of steam. Our offense doesn’t really match well with his talents

That’s fair. But at the same time, whose responsibility is it to have the offense prepared? Dorsey. I don’t know if it’s Ken being too chill with the players and not demanding accountability or what. But this offense shouldn’t be performing like this and ultimately it comes down to Ken and McD.

Honestly, I’ve thought about that. We could probably get another pick or two out of that trade as well. Maybe another 1st. Bring in a new coach as well

Agree. Knox cost nearly cost us the game last week. And this week his drop on 4th and 2 altered the game IMO potentially out of our favor

I thought they fired Greg and hired Anthony Lynn and the offense got markedly better That shotgun draw play may be worse than mike Tolbert run up the gut. It’s close.

Agree. But I think at this point we might as well get another mind calling the shots in Joe Brady. I think it may be a couple weeks too early at this point. But if we struggle these next two weeks in offense like we have been practically all season, you gotta make a move. Although at that point McD won’t take that risk anyway knowing his own seat would be very hot

Happened in the Washington game too. Went into the 4th with 16 points only. Jets game too

Totally agree considering last year they were successful when Josh winged it. Not under the scheme of Dorsey. I think a lot of bills fan, and ownership included, are afraid of falling back to the drought years if we fire McD. Of course that’s a reasonable thought. But McD isn’t winning us a SB. Our expectations are higher. i would rather move in from McD and get an offensive coach who could possibly elevate this team instead of sticking with the known quantity of McD at this point.

Yup. I would rather get 10 years out of Superman Josh where he runs and abuses his body than 15-17 years out of whatever Josh we’ve seen in the first halves of the last three games

From McD’s perspective, it was already a big leap relieving Frazier and assuming play calling duties. If that didn’t work, then it’s McDs head. by relieving Dorsey, he’s essentially acknowledging that the team isn’t right and making his own seat even hotter. It’s a catch 22 He needs to see what Brady can do for us because this teams performance is absolutely brutal

I hate to say it, but Josh hasn’t played “elite” this year outside of the Miami game.

I saw what Babich did as OC in St. Louis. He was pretty bad too

1. Fire McD 2. Trade or cut Knox 3. Cut Von Miller 4. Let Hyde, Poyer and Gabe walk 5. hire Ben Johnson

I have no idea how McD can defend Dorsey still. The best defense is a good offense, and our offense has sucked outside of the last 9 minutes today.

Sadly this team is missing its window. Hyde and Poyer should be gone next year, we need to move in from Gabe and Knox, and McD has gone stale. Unless we have a big turnaround, and make the SB, we are spinning our wheels

Who’s gonna want to trade for Knox. Dude has a huge contract for a job he can’t do well at all….catch

Might as well give Ben Johnson a go next year
