The secondary for the dolphins is soft. They completely whiffed on several tackles (intentionally) after what they did last week. No interest in tackling. I’d cut those fools because you will never be a winner with a defensive player not willing to tackle

Yeah I saw that. I meant play it today at 1pm right before all this stuff started to become a factor. Cause now it’s gonna drag on and potentially affect the follow on week pretty drastically

If they were gonna shift the game, they should have moved it up to Saturday. I have no idea why you wouldn’t want the game to be played before the system rolls in. Not while it’s in and hope it pans out

Maybe Rasul Douglas will be more likely to play now? Same with Dodson?

What’s the expectations for shovelers? Could you just show up, say you’re a shoveler and not do much and score a free ticket?

I think it also hurt us that we refused to pass in the first half of that game. When we finally had to pass in the second half we found we could do it pretty well regardless if the wind. I think we would have won that game if we just decided to pass all game until we were proven we couldn’t in those conditions

I mean who cares if it’s a holiday. Shouldn’t the goal be to play before all the snow?

What we cannot allow is for the Steelers to control the clock with their ground game. We also can’t allow the big play to George Pickens for a TD (or any WR for that matter). Our offense has to produce this game to get the Steelers out of their game plan. If we can take a 2 TD lead or so, I will feel pretty comfortable with the way our defense has been playing. Although to its the bills we are talking about, so I’ll probably never be comfortable with any lead

I mean this post was written after the chiefs game based on a trend of the entire season at that point in time. Of course Sam Martin had played well the last four games. I’ll admit it. But he was bad for the first 13 games of the season outside of the first Miami matchup. And Bass is another matter. I feel like McD does not have confidence in him at all and that scares me. Bass has also had a pretty poor season not just by his standards, but all kicker standards. I think you need to understand the context of when items are written.

He may very well do that. But based on the way he plays, I think he is in the prime of his career right now. Don’t think it’s reasonable to expect the longevity of Brady or even Manning for Josh based on all the hits he takes. I hope I’m wrong.

Unlike the wind game against the Pats a couple years ago, I hope we attempt to throw the ball through the air. That first half against the Pats we refused to even attempt to throw which was foolish when you have someone like Josh.
