Rarely would I root for the bills to lose. But today I was hoping we would get steamrolled. I'm afraid that winning today helped Rex retain his job and big personnel moves are going to happen now. I believe the fallout could be comparable to Philly. That system is only used by chip Kelly and this system is only used by Rex. So when Rex is eventually fired in a year or two, we will have a very particular roster of players who can't play a 4-3. Rex is gonna stay with the bills and ultimately we will feel the effects for the next 5 years at least

This team is going through the motions

I strongly agree with grabbing Treadwell. I've watched him the last three years and he's only gotten better. Even after that gruesome injury which goes to show how hard a worker he is. He's not the best athlete but he's got great hands and can go up for jump balls. Reminds me of a slightly shorter Brandon Marshall honestly. But pairing him and Sammy together would be amazing. Plus he should be in the range we are drafting

Whaley is doing a really good job. No question in my mind he should get an extension. If they let him go, I think it will be one of the worst decisions in the last 15 years

Hue Jackson. This team needs a disciplinarian who will hold the players accountable and has good experience.

I want hue Jackson as our coach next year. No nonsense guy who fields a disciplined offensive unit. Has always had a pretty solid offense. I think he is exactly what this teams needs

No short or intermediate pass game. This offense is useless unless it can hit those deep passes. Rex needs to go

One thing Whaley did a good job on was moving on from EJ as the starter pretty quickly. Hopefully he does the same thing with Rex
