    Not so fast with the Mahomes talk. Smith holds the team back imo, but Mahomes is a rookie. One turnover from the Chiefs, and this game would look a lot different.

    None of the guys we got rid of would help us beat Brady. Only great opposing QB play and D Line play can beat Brady. The Chiefs have a decent roster, but they won't beat the Pats because Smith sucks. We'd have the same problem.

    I'm not a Yankees fan, but I miss cheering against Jeter,Posada,Pettite, etc. Now baseball is a sport with no stars. I enjoy watching greatness. Even if I'm rooting against it. It makes it fun imo. We will all rejoice when Brady declines.

    I'm numb to it at this point. Every RB and their brother has scored for the Pats over the years. I just wonder if we should have kept Gillislee and let McCoy go. That's what you'd do if you are really building for the future.

    Why? Because the GM hasn't found Tom Brady yet? Sammy wasn't going to beat the Pats. In fact this game makes me question why we still have McCoy on the roster.

    Eveyone is better when they play on Brady's team, but you make a great point. If McBeane is building for the future, what role does McCoy play in that? I've been a McBeane defender, but it all seems half a*****.

    Agreed. The Steelers should have the talent to challenge the Pats. The issue is that Roethlisberger never makes it through a season, and Tomlin gets schooled by BB every time.

    Same here, but in strange way it's amazing to see greatness. Baseball has never been the same for me since Yankee dominance has ended.

    P.S since you debate semantics I will argue that being a "redneck" isn't synonymous with being a gun collector either. The "redneck" trend is just a modern poser phenomenon. I can hunt and fish all I want, but I don't have to ACT like a "redneck".

    Yes that is all true. Been there many times myself, but if a Bass Pro shop is the economic powerhouse of an area, I'd say that the area is quite white trashey. My correlation was between white trash and a poor economy, not between Bass Pro shoppers and white trash.

    I think coming a long way after Bass Pro showing up actually further cements redneck credentials. How is Buffalo or Niagara Falls on the list using that criteria?

    Zay Jones went to East Carolina in Greenville, but that seems like a bit of stretch. It's all I can think of.
