He shouldn't be suspended for it like some claim. There is no way to prove it was his. I don't ever like seeing someone suffer the consequences for any wrong doing without 100% proof. None of us will ever really know. Using you're theory does give Manning the perfect alibi though. That's exactly how he could send it to his own home and get away with it. If it was his wife's why is it being delivered in the mail? Wouldn't she have recieved treatment at a doctor?

It certainly hasn't made Peyton look any younger, if that's what the Hollywood types take it for. I agree that it wouldn't make sense to have it sent to your home. However, I think it's a bit naive to think there are ways of getting HGH without a chance of it coming out. As is the case with life in general, people talk. Somebody somewhere will always know who was in the market for HGH. The issue is that unlike MLB, no one has dug deep into the NFL. I think this is just because it's more expected in the NFL. Juicing is the unspoken thing that is excepted in football. As opposed to how the supposed scared nature of baseball was violated. This caused the media to dig up all the dirt they could find. If the media did this with the NFL they could find any name they wanted.

Peyton might be one of the most football smart guys of all time. However, no one ever said he's a genius off the field. Sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures, and people can do things that don't make sense. That being said, people need to get over the fact that their heros are flawed. I'm not excusing HGH use, but it's probably more of the rule than exception in the NFL. If the league doesn't do what it needs to stop it, guys are going to do it. It's this simple.

He doesn't have much of an arm. No one is ever going to argue the contrary. However, the thing that has always puzzled me about Fitz is his awful decision making. It seems like whenever the pressure is on his decision making becomes suspect. I just enjoy the irony given the fact that he's a Harvard guy. He could overcome his physical limits and at least lead a team to the playoffs if he played smarter in crunch time. It's as if he doesn't recognize his own physical limitations.

Big time players step up in big time games. The issue I have is that SEC > Big Ten. I feel like what you see against Bama is closer to what you get in the NFL. He didn't play against Ohio State this year. I just don't think any Big Ten team aside from Ohio State and Michigan is worthy of much respect.

I'm not impressed at all. Good QB's have performed well against Bama in the past. There just seems to be something missing with this guy. I don't sense those intangibles that are so important to being a QB. As much as I hate to say it, Chad Kelly looked much better against Bama. Accuracy is the biggest flaw a QB can have, and there's really no way to fix it. We found that out with EJ. Accuracy is reason enough not to draft Cook.

SI.com: Bills a possible landing spot for Chip?
DriveFor1Outta5 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lesean McCoy did say TT would "kill it" in Chip's offense lol. -
Marshawn yes, because he acted like an idiot while he was here. Freddy is different because he gave all he had, and we couldn't help him get where he deserved to go. Chan and Fitz had total control of this team, and failed to take us anywhere. I don't want to see them take someone else anywhere. It's like a failed relationship. Fitz and Chan failed us, we failed Freddy. We can root for those we did wrong, but it's hard to root for those who didn't do for us what they may for others.
-
It doesn't matter how much you liked someone. You never want to see them go on to achieve more when they leave you than they achieved with you. This is how I feel about Fitz and Chan. Maybe some of you don't feel that way, but maybe that just makes you a better person than me. It's just how I feel. They didn't do it for us. So why do we want to see them do it for someone else?

Worst call or non-call against Bills this year?
DriveFor1Outta5 replied to truth on hold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Isn't it funny how his antics suddenly matter when he does the same against the undefeated Panthers? When it involves the Bills, the league and media don't seem to care. I don't expect the media to care about us, but it's just another example as to why this league deserves zero respect. -
"What's Up With Kiko Alonso?"
DriveFor1Outta5 replied to buffalonian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That seems to be case around here quite often. We always think we have loads of talent, but when our players go to other teams they tend to fade away. -
In hindsight Rex was a bad hire. That being said Schwartz showed nothing as a head coach in Detroit. His teams looked a lot like Rex's. Being a great defensive coordinator and great head coach are two different things. Keeping Schwartz as defensive coordinator with a different head coach may have been a good plan though.

Time for Bills Football in December
DriveFor1Outta5 replied to gjv001's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just keep an eye on WR's and RB's with blazing speed, and you'll know who we are going to draft. That's how this front office works. Linebackers, O lineman, and role players be damned. Just grab whatever guy looks to be the most exciting to watch. That's been our MO. Also look for CB's, we always seem to draft at least three every year. Ignore the QB's as well because that's what we'll do.
