Finally someone with a sensible stance. The truth is whether you want it or not it's going to happen. That being said domes can be quite sterile environments that are especially annoying when the weather is nice. A retractable roof would be perfect. I agree that the elements don't give our guys who mostly grew up in Florida an advantage against the opponents guys from Florida. I think that myth grew from the early 90's teams. We were just so much better than everyone else we would have won anywhere. Look at the legend ofFavre at Lambeau in the cold. He was dominant in his prime, but by the 2000's teams went in there and could beat the Packers. Favre's teams weren't what they once were anymore. Now teams could beat them even with the "impossible" home field advantage of the cold.

Exactly my point. One of them will have a new stadium, and the other will be forced to get one soon as well. I don't care if a new stadium is built, I'm just making the point that we can all scream and shout as much as we want and a new stadium WILL be built. Whether we want it or not. Does everyone forget when Goodell basically said we must build a new stadium? The prospect of being forced to be build a new stadium by the league is far closer to reality than paranoia.

My London mention was meant as sarcasm regarding the greed of the NFL. Although some day soon I don't see as being that far fetched. That being said, I do think if the Chargers or Raiders don't get new stadiums lined up the NFL will try to push them out to a city/state that will help the owner fund a new stadium. Same thing will happen to us if a new stadium isn't built. Point is that I simply don't think there is a choice in to build or not to build a new stadium.

All of this is moot. Eventually the NFL is going to strong arm the Pegulas into building a new stadium, or the Bills will be playing in London where they can get one.

Great points. EVERYONE under the sun knew that if Ryan was hired Schwartz would be gone. To think the Pegulas weren't one of those people would be to say they aren't very smart. That's quite hard to believe. Seems like more sensationalized journalism to me.

If the actual NFL Wonderlic its anything like that test then it's mostly math. So I do think it's possible a guy could major in something like philosophy or Nike sneaker history, and do very poorly on the Wonderlic. I finished college with good grades in everything except math, and knew I'd do poorly on the Wonderlic because of this. I was right with only a 28. The Wonderlic isn't going to ask you about the Austro Prussian War, it's going to ask you a bunch of Math questions. Therfore I see it as just another standardized test that indicates very little about ones intellect. So, I could care less about a players score on the test. Eli Manning is said to have scored a 43. That's far above average intelligence. I'm sorry, but I'm just not seeing that based on my impression of the guy. Others who have scored low seem far from being dumb as well.

Jags. I see a lot of people mentioning "If our defense can get it together". My issue with that is it's something that needs to happen this year. NFL rosters constantly change. Quite soon this defense won't remotely resemble the one that was the strength of our team in 2014. Players leave and also decline due to age. If we don't piece it together this year I think the playoff drought continues well beyond 2016. Quite frankly to me it feels like we really had our best chance this year, but Rex ruined our D. We had the best QB play we've seen in years. We should have been in the playoffs if only our D played at the level they should have. Just like so many other things in life, you can't blow opportunities because you never know when they'll arrive again. I'll always view 2015 as a wasted year. I don't see them getting it together this year. I can see the Jags taking advantage of an opportunity sooner than us who play in a better division.

I see that my point has been misconstrued by several here. I'm not saying that Newton is awful, although it sounded way. I just believe he is overrated and might not be able to maintain his success. I won't take that back. I'm not saying I'll be right. I'm just not a fan, especially considering all his ridiculous antics. I don't see blatant on the field immaturity as a recipe for success. I also don't take back the fact that I don't believe he'd succeed as our QB. I don't think any QB could turn us into winners with the way Rex has turned this team into a joke.

Accurate deep passes maybe, I recall a lot of inaccurate intermediate passes on Sunday. I also remember watching him against the Bills several years ago from the first row. A lot of his passes were quite ugly. The Panthers did a great job of crafting an offense that fits him. Very few teams are willing to so. That's how he won the MVP. Don't underestimate the power of the Carolina run game that includes Newton.

When Rexy's D gives puts us in a hole every game, he'd probably look like a completely different QB here. I really think he's in the perfect situation right now. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up like Kaepernick in a few years. When the option run game isn't rolling and he's forced to stand in the pocket like the Super Bowl game he looks completely different. He throws a great deep ball, but the intermediate passes are very ugly at times. He won the MVP because he's a great athlete, and that opened up the passing game. I really believe in a few years will all be talking about Andrew Luck and Russell Wilson, not Newton.

This ^ I thought the AFC championship game was far better. I'm glad I'm not the only one who finds it really difficult watching Manning as a shell of his former self. It's just brutal to watch. Aside from Von Miller's strip sack I felt like this game lacked any individual greatness. If you all want to watch a great defensive Super Bowl, watch the Pats* vs Giants first matchup. We got to see a defense shut down an all time great offense. We didn't see any greatness in this game. We saw Newton act like a baby, and Peyton Manning as shell of his former self. The only point you make that I may disagree with is that Carolina's D played an A game. I think they deserve an A, but honesty Denver's offense is so bad any defense could have done the same. We don't really know how well they did play due to the level of competition.

Yeah I think that's what it is. Not long ago I was reading a list of NCAA football stadiums that sell beer. It seemed to be mostly mid major type schools. From a business perspective it just seems too dangerous considering the majority of college students are under 21. I know its a problem everywhere, but a college football stadium is just asking for trouble. I'm thinking at the mid major schools it's not as troublesome because you don't have 100,000 people in the stadium. The concession lines aren't like going to the Ralph. Going to a Tulane game is more like going to a Bisons game than a Bills game. It probably makes things go smoother. I understand all of that, but right now Peyton Manning is probably the worst starting QB in the league. This is why I didn't enjoy this game remotely. I have no problem with a defensive battle, but this didn't feel like a two sided defensive battle to me. Denver's D was dominant, but I can't say the same for Carolina's. The Panthers D didn't have to do anything expect step onto the field. This Denver offense with Peyton can't do anything against anyone. It's hard to say the Panthers D was spectacular. I can appreciate a defensive battle when I see two defenses shut down two offenses that can make plays. The Denver offense is almost incapable of making big plays. I was impressed with what Von Miller and Denver's D did to Newton though. They did the same thing to Brady two weeks before. However, I didn't consider this a defensive battle. I considered this game as one team completely dominating. If Denver had any offense this could have and should have been a total blowout. It never felt like Carolina had a chance. Therefore I didn't consider this very exciting at all.

I think this shows the blueprint to beating Cam might not be that difficult. Just knock him around, and the prima donna is going to sulk. I honestly would be fine with my defense taking three or four personal fouls hitting him after the whistle. It would be worth it, because I think it take his head out of the game. He's like a child that needs to get his way. Once he starts rolling there's no stopping him. I think you just have to make sure you don't let him get his head in the game .

Brady whines, but at least he hung in there and kept the game close against the Broncos. Newton took some heat this game and it impacted his game big time.

What role is that? I'm honestly curious. From everything I've read he was a German soilder during WW2. Maybe not something to be proud of, but it's not like people always had a choice. There was a little something called a draft.

Too funny, but so true. I've seen a couple domestic disputes in the parking lot there too.

This ^ I was turned off of Aldi's at a young age because of the Auburn store as well. It just seemed dirty, and full of intetesting people for a lack of a better term. I think a lot of it has to do with the area the store is in. In less well to do area's the stores fill up with lower income people. This makes sense because Aldi's does offer the best prices. That being said as I've gotten older and shopped at different stores I've grown to appreciate it. I just went to Aldi's today for a gallon milk that cost somewhere around a $1.77. The next cheapest price I have seen is at Walmart for $2.44. Why not save money when you have a chance? I don't understand people that turn up their noses at getting a discount. People can be quite arrogant when it comes to discount shopping. So many seem to have this attitude that if it's cheap it must be for the poor. At this stage of my life if I'm getting a bargain I don't really care what other shoppers in the store look like. My question is why spend more than you need to? That being said, I certainly don't buy everything at Aldi's. Some things are very good, and some are quite bad. Once you know what to shop for it's a great place to save money. Just don't expect to get all your groceries there. Also Trader Joe's is Aldi's sister company. Although Trader Joe's carries things that cater to a different demographic, I can tell you some of the products are the same thing in different packaging.

I feel like Will Smith's role would have gone to Dennis Quiad. I can definitely see Randy Quiad playing Roger Godell though.

Personally I feel like Connor Cook might be a tool. It seems like there are a few things out there that point to it. The guy wasn't even named a captain as a senior QB. I wouldn't be surprised if we start hearing stories pointing to these flaws once the draft process starts.

I was just about to do the Manziel comparsion myself. The only difference is that Manziel's antics on the field have been completely silenced due to his lack of success. If Manziel were a successful NFL QB leading his team to the Super Bowl we'd be hearing the same things about him.No QB is as in your face about their success as Newton. It's something people haven't seen before. People are going to have unique reactions. What would you expect?

Youth soccer numbers have been growing in this country since we hosted the 94 World Cup. Although it certainly hasn't caused many American's to actually watch the game. It also hasn't really increased the quality of the game in this country either. It's become the sport of choice for northeastern upper class suburbanites in particular. A lot of people want to see their kids exercise as opposed to being online all day. I think this has really pushed the soccer numbers up. I think many kids are forced into just because being a "soccer mom" is the thing to do. I could make the argument that those upper class suburbanites were never the center of the football universe anyway. Traditionally football players came from either cities or football crazed areas of rural America. Areas like Long Island or suburban Boston were never known as football hotbeds.Even suburban areas up here in WNY aren't exactly known for producing NFL players in mass quantities. Also keep in mind the number of girls that play soccer. That makes a big difference when it comes to stats. My point is that I believe football players will continue to be produced by the same areas of this country that have been doing so for years. In other areas were football isn't everything, participation will likely drop. Ultimately I don't see this impacting the pros much if West Texas and Florida keep producing players.

This ^ Boxing certainly didn't decrease in popularity due to health concerns such as CTE. MMA has basically taken over the role boxing once had. The popularity of the MMA definitely proves that safety had nothing to do with the fall of boxing.

Carolina 31 Denver 10 I don't see this being a close or good game by any stretch. The NFC has looked leaps and bounds better than the AFC throughout the playoffs.

Is this really happening again?
