It really all depends on the individual player, and their maturity level. There will always be outliers who refuse to play somewhere, but I don’t think they will ever be the majority.

I’m not about to criticize Ralph for anything. He kept the team in town, and he’ll always be paramount in Bills history. Get back to me when the Pegula’s bring home a title. I’m with this 100%, but it makes me ask another question. Why can’t NFL coaches do more to coach to player strengths? Why is Pederson the only guy who can get the most out of Foles? I’ll never understand NFL coaches marriages to their “systems”.

Yes, but none could ever be as ridiculous as those three. It’s one thing to talk about “what ifs” with guys who are actually QB’s in the NFL. Tebow, Manziel, and Kaepernick are unlikely to ever play on a NFL field again, so I don’t understand why so many people are still fascinated with those guys.

I look foward to the day that Tebow, Manziel, and Kaepernick are too old to be discussed on this board as QB options.

No, their prospective employer has already seen them fail on live television with their previous team. In other cases, they know their father. On a serious note, it’s a good question, but I certainly don’t know the answer
