  1. Every coach in the history of the NFL has been evaluated by their record.
  2. 9-7, 9-7, 6-6. 4-12, 8-8, 6-6. Who is the better coach?
  3. Every GM in the NFL takes Teddy over Taylor. That wasn't a class, it was starter quality/franchise guys not taken in the high 1st. Not to get away from the point that you were wrong, of course.
  4. My logic is based on playoffs. Stop embarrassing yourself. Did Rex make the postseason with a winning record last year with a bad QB? Oh, no. Case closed. BOB > The Rexit.
  5. Remember when the Colts went 11-5 and to the AFCCG OBrien's first year as HC , and he still managed a winning record?
  6. Rex hasn't made the playoffs in 7 years. BOB made them last year. Rex's team is all but eliminated this season. BOB is tied for first in his division. By my logic, BOB > Rex, because Rex sucks.
  7. He wasn't an HC, which is what this thread is talking about. Love how O'Brien is "too soon to tell" with his second straight year of leading the AFC South on his way to the postseason. Is back to back playoff appearances with garbage QB's good? Wait 5 more years before we know.
  8. Looking like 2 playoff berths in 3 years, but "too soon to tell?' McDaniels had exactly 1 stop.
  9. The running game is better? Sure. But I'd rather have a QB who actually tries to play the position and take my chances that McCoy and our offensive guru can keep the running game going. I doubt we go from #1 to #16 without TT.
  10. The majority of the good ones were drafted high in the 1st round. Winston, Mariota, Ryan, Newton, Smith, Cutler, Stafford, Bradford, Luck, Eli, Rivers, Big Ben, Palmer and last year Manning. Pick 15-20 ain't gonna get you any of those guys. Sure, you may get lucky with Brees, Wilson, Carr, Bridgewater or Rodgers but other than that, your best chance is a high 1st.
  11. Can you explain how complementary football applies to this?
  12. Yes, see when the offense scores a TD to go up 8 right after a quarter break, then gets the ball back after 3 plays to score on a 10 play 4+ minute drive to go up 15, how is a defense expected to get a stop? They were so gassed.
  13. Yes, that single 3 and out really broke their back on the next TD drive.
  14. When your expectation is for this defense to play above average is unreasonable, you fire the man running the defense, no?
  15. We've seen what TT can do in 25 starts. Let's see what EJ has got in the next couple games then we can cut ties with the both of them. EJ never had a run game like Taylor.
  16. A single 3 and out only equals an opposing TD if your defense blows. TT sucks but so does the defense.
  17. One three and out leads to a TD and it's the offense's fault? do other good defenses usually allow TDs after a single 3 and out or?
  18. The defense and TT suck. The only thing good is our run game. Can't win with only 1/3.
  19. Those same Pats told him they didn't guarantee his spot when he left. Ya'll are very confused about how teams operate.
  20. The players don't. Maybe you haven't met my friends Marcel, Mario, Stephon and Karlos?
