  1. Edmunds looked pretty good earlier in the year, but since the pats game has missed multiple assignments in the run game and regressed under misdirection run plays.
  2. Gotcha. I disagree with that interpretation of the goalline playcalling anyway. NE runs it up the gut all the time. Gore and the OL needed to get a yard. That’s their job.
  3. The difference between the box score and the film is the box score doesn’t rely on individual interpretation, which makes it more accessible. Two fans can watch an All-22 play and believe two different LB missed their assignments.
  4. Ha ha ha okay. So many offenses are using the jet sweep motion on the regular in the NFL. I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but Josh Allen and Tom Brady are different QB’s.
  5. Rack em. It doesn’t matter. All that matters is the capacity to believe. If you can believe in yourself and your teammates and your coaches. If you can have that intimate trust and confidence. That’s it.
  6. Nah, I was extremely impressed with his 349 yard performance against Carolina. I wish our QB could have a game like that.
  7. Nope. Some people have asked if 300 yard games are more important than wins, and no one has said that either.
  8. Yeah, we have never lost in a blowout with Allen under center. Never lost a game by say 18 points where, instead of throwing for 300 yards and attempting to keep us in it, he’s thrown 10 straight incompletions. We are undefeated with Allen, I forgot.
  9. Extremely dated examples. I wouldn’t call “since 2005” very recently.
  10. It’s fun how never and consistently are so easily used to make a point more defensible.
  11. All these good QBs seem to be able to throw for 300 in a loss except for Allen. Do you find that interesting?
  12. I got another wild metric for you my man. The Bills have never lost a game when they’ve held their opponent to zero points.
  13. Our offense sucks and we lose when other teams score a lot. More breaking news at 6!
  14. I agree. We should have extended Zay Jones rather than trading him away, in a couple years he might be Randy Moss.
  15. Sure. I’m just saying he’s in a bad spot right now because he isn’t a super polished pass rusher and McD and co are taking him off the field to go big. So he’s in between a rock and a hard place.
  16. I guess that’s the point. Hughes’ value as our only pass rusher got him that extension. It was a contract that made sense at the time. It’s also not cap prohibitive at all. So if it made sense and isn’t cap prohibitive, WHO REALLY GIVES A *****.
  17. He’s somehow still underrated. Like I know there are multiple MVP candidates but they are 7-2 in a tough division and he has thrown 22 TD’s to 1 INT. He’s so good every week it’s gross.
  18. I would talk smack about the Browns but I don’t want to get shot.
  19. I think he’s doing a pretty good job. Allen is throwing to mostly nobodies. He’s got the corpse of Frank Gore and a rookie RB. Isaiah McKenzie has become a nice litttle gadget player. Do I think he could improve a little? Sure. Do I think a new OC is getting Josh Drew Brees’ numbers, Gore and Singletary 1k yards each, and Isaiah McKenzie a cool thousand yards receiving? No.
  20. It doesn’t even matter. He was our only pass rusher. Why would we let him walk and have zero pass rushers for a few extra dollars in cap when we have $80M? This topic should be burned alive.
  21. I don’t think his job has changed much from last season.
