  1. IMO, if you're the same in one stat, and better in another, you're better. But to each their own.
  2. Who cares what they were in pass and run? Yards and points count the same no matter how you get them. 2014 Ravens were 8th in points, 12th in yards 2015 Bills were 12th in points, 13th in yards Ravens better.
  3. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/rav/2014.htm I can't help with the memory issues.
  4. Should the Bills bring in some other young QB prospects looking forward to next year? Jerrod Evans was a name bandied around these parts as a sleeper. He's on the PS of the Packers. Trevor Knight is another QB who is on the PS of the Falcons. Should we try to poach these guys? I'm sure there's some stiff we can cut to carry 4 QB's. I mean, why not?
  5. I think you'll be wrong. Many folks said Rivers was done last year and not worth even trading for (not that it was possible). Believe!
  6. That's pretty impressive to carry an offense like that. Imagine if he had some help?
  7. My man, Eli was purty good last year. How could a terrible run game mask his deficiencies?
  8. I don't need to win a debate on here. Time will prove me right, as it has done over and over and over and over. And I'm stat hunting right now. Jump balls to KB. Draft a speedy deep threat. Outduel Brady on our way to the postseason!
  9. He's famous for being a 2 time SuperBowl MVP. A couple draws and screens to Shady, and some deep balls and the defenses will back right off. Sign me up!
  10. Watching the players. I personally do not care that TT has a smidge higher YPA or completion percentage compared to 2017 Eli on a tanking team. Eli had 6 game winning drives last year and won 11 games on his way to the postseason. I'll take him over Tyrod's 6th alternate ProBowl appearance.
  11. YPA doesn't mean attacking downfield. It's YPA. I'm sorry dude. If Eli and TT are both FA's next year, we know who will be more highly sought after. It's time to give up.
  12. Well, I think you misunderstood. I meant completions to WR's and TE's. Not to Mike Tolbert for 4 yards on 3rd and 8.
  13. Do you think Tyrod has gotten the OL set at the line to run the 2 minute drill against KC yet? Or will it be another couple days?
  14. I think people point to the Saints game because it was particularly egregious and absurd.
  15. Eli actually plays the position. Sure, he won't be scrambling for a handful of TD's anytime soon, but completed passes, attacking downfield, running a 2 minute drill? Sign me up please.
  16. Oh, so now you know the play design? When Peterman looked towards Clay, he sees the LB dropping in clear hook zone coverage with Clay running straight past him. No DB is anywhere close to make a play on a led pass and the S was cheating towards the opposite side of the field. In the NFL, sometimes players don't become "wide open" until the ball is thrown. It was clear Clay was going to get WIDE OPEN when Peterman was looking at him, and thus, he missed him.
  17. Anyway, I think if you're going to trust in Kubiak as an offensive mind, you have to give the benefit of the doubt to his right hand man. When Kubiak was an HC, and Rico his OC, you have to imagine Kubiak considered Rico's contribution valuable. That doesnt mean he gets to ride Kubiak's coattails forever. But I don't think it should be tossed either.
  18. That poster was asking about Kubiak. It was a tangent about that offense in general. however, that was one of Flacco's best years, statistically.
  19. That's uh wrong. Top 8 in points with the Ravens in 2014. It got him another shot at HC, and he won a Superbowl. He's hamstrung by the QB, as many OC's in Buffalo have been before. He hasn't been a visionary, but he hasn't been terrible.
