  1. Look at how much better Woods is doing in LA this year compared to 2015. What happened? What better players drew coverage from Matthews in 2016?

  3. We don't have Goff. Ask Kelvin if that's made a difference in his numbers.
  4. This number dwindles every year....because the players suck. Goodwin is a starter on a horrible team. He couldn't even start here. They will die out, like every draft class has before them. 2014 was all "We got 2 good starters in Watkins and Brown, and great backups in Kujo, Cockrell, Cyril Richardson, and Randall Johnson! We hit on every pick!" Then the attrition happens. Brown plays like ****. Cockrell, Kujo, Richardson and Johnson get cut and bounced around over the next two years. Suddenly it's just Sammy, and he's traded away for relative peanuts. Doug Whaley has never drafted a player who has made a Pro Bowl. Absolutely damning stat, with the Pro Bowl being the sign of "had a pretty good season" these days.
  5. I don't doubt McD has a long leash at this juncture, but it took Terry 6 weeks to go from preaching continuity with Rex to showing him the door.
  6. "No one looks at gross yards" - Kirby, 2 weeks ago. Let's look at their per catch and per target efficiency please.
  7. Incredibly, the #1 and #2 seeds in the AFC South have the same total record as the #1 and #2 seeds in the AFC East. Also, do they not let AFC South teams in the playoffs or something?
  8. Why does it have to be a fist fight? Standing up for your teammates builds toughness and culture. The Pats and Seahawks have two of the strongest cultures in the NFL.
  9. Disagree. Teams like the Pats and Seahawks would not abide that behavior.
  10. Don't have to club a guy in the head to stand up for a teammate. Not binary.
  11. http://billswire.usatoday.com/2016/10/06/buffalo-bills-fined-fight-patriots/ Well, here he is racing into a scrum to have his teammate's back.
  12. Half the posters reserve the right to be wrong. Especially in this case.
  13. My logic is both Gronk and Green deserved to miss time. Green did. Gronk has not.
  14. I promise dude. Swear on my life. If Preston Brown lowered his shoulder into Gronk after watching he did to White and got suspended, I wouldn't cry. At all. I might even think it would be a good idea to re-sign him. A man's gotta have a line.
  15. He wasn't, so let's stick to what happened. AJ missed almost all of the Jags game with his ejection IIRC. Gronk should face a similar punishment. In this case, he can't retroactively be ejected so I'll settle for a 1 game suspension.
