  1. Kaep is out of the league and Alex Smith had his career resurrected by Roman. Solid examples, I guess.

  3. So not a talent thing then. Just the guy behind the talent. That sucks.
  4. Misleading stat. He's been outrushed by Zeke since he entered the league and Zeke has been serving a suspension for weeks. McCoy is the best if you don't count any new RB's or RB's who have gotten hurt or... I thought his talent was never in doubt among the league, just his other baggage. What's the scoop? Potential has a shelf life?
  5. Sammy is trying to get ahead of his rep before he hits FA. Hope he's truly matured.
  6. The bar is high to out compete the Pats, not insurmountable. You know what bar is low? Make the playoffs once in 17 seasons. Gross incompetence is the key factor here. To try to explain it away, "The playoffs are hard! The Pats are too good! The AFC South!" is ridiculous. There are 32 NFL teams, some of them have sucked hard for YEARS. But the Bills and the Bills alone hold the title of longest playoff drought almost ever. The Browns play in one of the strongest divisions year in and year out. The Steelers and Ravens, along with the Bengals sprinkled in, are almost always playoff teams. Do they have the longest active drought streak? No. Stop. The. Excuses. The Bills #1 problem is and always has been, THE BILLS.
  7. The Jets and the Dolphins have made the postseason multiple times in the last 17 years. "But but but don't they have to play the Pats too?!?!" Enough.
  8. If you spend $2M on a backup QB, (again you don't have to, EJ is making $800k) that leaves $8M for an OL. That's top ten OG money AAV. Top ten OG > Tyrod paid $15M to play catch on the sidelines.
  9. Why do we need to spend $5M on a backup QB? What kind of nonsense is that? TT is not the perfect "bridge" because that's a fancy way of saying overpaid, expensive backup. I want his money used on a guy who actually plays and will make our team and new QB better. $5M or $6M for a starting OL better than Ducasse or Mills would be a nice start.
  10. If we trade up for a QB, jettison TT and use his money to sign some OL. He's a waste of a roster spot if we get another QB.
  11. You've learned your lesson. Peace be with you.
  12. From a reformed attacker of sources! Listen to this man!
  13. TT has to go. Drafting a rookie, signing RG3 and keeping Petermam and using all that sweet TT money on a new FA sounds good to me.
  14. Did you watch the game? Cutler absolutely outplayed Brady from the jump. Were you trying to be ironic? Your first paragraph boils down to, "Team about to play the Bills historically plays really well against the best HC/QB combo in NFL history, so the Bills have nothing to fear. Being a team that regularly challenges the longest dynasty in NFL history means nothing."
  15. Griffin's career passer rating is virtually identical to TT's this year. You could probably do worse. We already have. RG3 might be a decent body for next season if we jettison TT. Not bad.
  16. Then you don't agree with trading him at all. That makes sense.
  17. No one was giving a 2nd or 3rd for a malcontent with a bloated contract.
  18. This makes zero sense because we would have to replace him if we traded him no matter what we got back.
  19. If it leads to a 77 yard TD, it was a decent contribution.
