  1. Breaking news, draft picks don't "usually" beget superstars.
  2. Topic title: Can we please bring in Cutty? He recaptured some of that old magic last season, despite having a limited offseason with his new team. He didn't have a team with the right skillset, KB is more a WR that he is used to, a jump ball guy. Also, he had more TD's than TT last year. He's an instant upgrade at QB AND is the perfect bridge for Rosen.
  3. That makes him unique compared to some of the other available QB's.
  4. Sammy's cap hit was significantly less, which increased his value.
  5. Agreed. But the TT savior in Cleveland takes are comedy gold.
  6. If Beane can get a third for TT, maybe we can trade you to DawgPound.com for a hot dog.
  7. Of course, but again, I hope we draft Rosen and that he wins OROY instead of not being ready to play.
  8. Landry is gonna be miserable with TT at QB. He'll be begging for 8.8 YPR with Cutty by week 8.
  9. I felt that way last year and got burned. I think it was possible, however slight, that he'd be on this roster next year and that would make me miserable.
  10. You agreed the point had merit. Actually, I'll say that I was very excited that the Bills made the postseason. I celebrated more for that event, because of the moment and all that it meant. However, I posted MORE on the TT trade. Because it's implications to the long term goals of the franchise meant much more to talk about.
  11. Then you can understand why ditching TT was celebrated more, no?
  12. Are you sure you aren't getting that backwards? I'm sure quite a few praised his choice because they believed in Mahomes, not because they believed in Dorsey. Besides, that doesn't make him infallible. Beane and McD got swindled by TT last year and they learned they lesson. I still trust them, even after that mistake.
  13. Grayson wasn't cut until his second season. If Peterman is cut this offseason because he still sucks, I won't be crying. There are different ceilings and adjustment periods, but Cardale may end up the exact same guy he was when he was drafted, and Peterman may end up the ghost of Pennington. Who knows?
  14. There's an argument to be made that getting rid of TT is more important to the success of this franchise than that playoff appearance this year.
  15. Of course not, but give me a young QB with historic success out of the gate over a young QB who sucked out of the gate. There aren't two players on the Bills I wouldn't give up for Watson today. Of course the scenario is a little different. My point was that writing QB's off after their rookie year is silly. Peterman will in all likelihood suck, but that is the case for every late round QB. IMO, not much has changed in regards to my opinion to him. He either gets better or he gets cut.
  16. Knowing what we knew after 2016, if Jared Goff (with the year under his belt) could enter the 2017 draft, where would he be drafted?
  17. Yeah yeah, once EJ got on a "real" team, he really showed us! Tyrod was painful to watch every Sunday. His brand of football made my Bills days less fun.
  18. You're getting a little emotional here pal. The Tyrod Ministry of Propganda is hiring in Cleveland, send in your application!
  19. Being the best of the bums is still being a bum. Tyrod is firmly in the "not good enough" camp, and I'm happy to see him go.
  20. Seriously. I can't think of a single FA QB with limited playing time who took less money for a chance to compete for a starting job.
  21. Josh McCown was and is better. And don't even get me started on JFF....
