    If Maxx Williams lasts until the Bills first pick (I doubt it, unless the Bills trade up) then I'll be ecstatic.

    Many are worried. Rex will do what needs to be done. Williams had 5 sacks in 5 games the last time he was asked to play OLB. I'm pretty sure he'll be ok...If that's what he's asked to do.

    If you have great players, the scheme won't matter. Especially with a great defensive mind like Rex Ryan. People need to stop worrying, everything will be fine. Defenses use different looks, hybrid formations etc anyway.

    He's had back to back solid seasons. Is an immediate upgrade over what the Bills currently have and is only going to be 27 at the start of the year. I really doubt the Cowboys will let him go, but I'd be pretty happy if the Bills signed him.

    Extend Dareus as early as possible before he becomes a FA. We'll have an idea as to what to expect after Suh signs this offseason. Dareus will get more. Hughes is priority #1 this offseason.

    Schwartz has a .36% winning percentage as a head coach. I would assume he stays unless a team is desperate (Browns with Pettine) and he's a fall back option. I hope he's got the "Norv Turner syndrome" where he'll always be a good coordinator but a terrible head coach.

    Trestman is a good coach, he's been handed a raw deal here. Actually not a bad theory at all. I'm not sure if the Titans really see Mettenberger as their QB of the future so this could be possible, but only if Whisenhunt is still there.

    Gotta beat the Raiders first. If that doesn't happen, the season is over. Even if that happens, I really doubt Belichick rests any player (maybe Gronk) against Buffalo.
