    It's possible someone has and Whaley chose to hold out for a better offer. Wouldn't shock me one bit if that's the outcome.

    They did make out like bandits but they squandered the #2 pick. They will really regret passing on Bortles for Greg Robinson, who has bust written all over him (IMO, of course)

    I thought there would be a robust market for receivers who jump to catch a pass that's headed right for their numbers.

    The TV broadcast resembled a hostage video as the announcers reached and reached for nice things to say. I felt bad for them actually.

    Notice how these 3 teams all have veteran options? How its not just a guy with ten starts backed up by non-NFL players?

    They aren't a surprise, but what about shielding this sort of thing from the public view of the media? It's just a bad look.

    even under that scenario, then what the hell was Whaley doing about QB THIS offseason, when he was the GM? The answer is nothing.
