  1. Indeed. I'm done with this topic until we have another game to look at. I've said my piece and don't expect everyone to agree. Go Bills.
  2. I'd strongly consider it.
  3. Kelly Holcomb had the same passer rating as John Elway.
  4. That's fine, but why wouldn't we play Orton then if EJ needs all of this work before he's ready to win in the NFL?
  5. and more importantly, was he wearing a headset?
  6. Expecting more than 2,33 YPA to wideouts on 21 attempts is hardly expecting a miracle.
  7. 2.33 YPA on passes to WRs yesterday.
  8. If you didn't see the numerous plays with Bills receivers running wide open down the field that EJ missed yesterday, we're definitely watching different games.
  9. Next time he throws for 300 yards will be the first.
  10. how about the quality of Davis' skill players versus what EJ has? Seems to me EJ has a ton more to work with.
  11. Not even close to how it went down.
  12. Well, we would "make the playoffs" for the first time in "15 years" in this scenario.
  13. Yes, god forbid we discuss the game on the football message board.
  14. He's only 31 too. Quarterbacks older than that have turned out to be real solutions for teams over a several year period.
  15. I was there too. Section 131, 13th row. Couldn't agree more. People on here may not like it, but it's a risk Marrone has to manage.
  16. It's true. Rivers dumped it off at the very last second at least 4 times to RBs in the flat for first downs. He's really, really good.
  17. Not to be a rash, but EJ has only faced NE once.
  18. That play hurt . It was going to be 2nd and goal at the 10 or so, instead 1st and goal at the 5. Maybe the D can hold them to a FG there, which would have changed the game.
  19. No, but I would say that was a much smaller problem yesterday. You're right though, Woods missed a chance for a big one by not being ready for the ball. But 7/21 to his WRs is not going to cut it for the quarterback.
  20. Huh? Has zero to do with what I posted.
  21. I'd be very interested to know what Watkins Woods and Williams, who were running open all day, think about this question.
  22. I wouldn't start Orton against Houston, but I would certainly have a quick hook for EJ for the reason you just articulated. The rest of this team is ready to win now.
  23. I'll say it. We should change qbs. Flame away.
  24. Just kick Freeney in the Shin and he's done.
