Who will the Bills bring in at QB?

Pegula said that he wanted an experienced coach, not a first-time coach, because he thought the Bills were on the cusp. For that reason, I would expect an experienced vet to be the favorite to be the Bills starting QB. Not a rookie. And probably not EJ.
