My first thought on the position flexibility issue was how hard can it be to go from center to guard? That should be fairly easy. Learning to be a center is far more difficult.

Maybe he didn’t have time for a 3rd entree because he was running late for a reservation at another restaurant? 🤷♂️. That was a GIANT of a man. We have to wait and see. Our Josh was not my first choice based on what little I saw of him in college. Keon was not my first choice, but again they know more than I do. I don’t think there’s a chance that he’s a “bust”, but he may not live up to his draft status. It happens, but I’m eager to see what it looks like. Pleasant surprises are always nice.

I hope you run very fast with it, lest you get some serious grief here. 😋

Yep! Casinos will teach you that in a hurry. We’ll have good competition at LB. What are the odds Beane turns one of those guys into a late round bargaining chip? Yes, speaking of Vegas…… -
Someone earlier mentioned he looked a little like Travis Henry out there. I can’t rule anything out.

There seems to be a trend appearing. I think the Bills might care more about how fast you play football than what your 40 time is. Just a hunch, but there might be something to it. .

A few random takeaways from that. First, the UK OLine did a great job of opening some holes. That’s not meant to take anything away from him because he looks really solid, but how many times is our RB 30 yards downfield and not yet touched. I know, the Bills don’t play Akron, but it jumped out at me. Also, they used him effectively in the passing game, and I appreciated that they made a point of showing him in pass protection. Too often it’s just the spectacular plays in highlights, but the spectacular doesn’t happen if everyone else doesn’t do their part.

Not only was that fun to watch, but there was a LOT of Carter hitting Drake Maye and separating him from the ball. I would like to make that a special tradition. 😋

My experience has been mostly vice versa, unfortunately. 😢 .

I played in college. You are not allowed to block is my first thought, but you look for freak athletes anywhere you can find them. See if you can teach them the rest.

He could have been our #1 DB late last year. We are due for a relatively healthy year, right? I’m good with having every kind of threat, but spreading it around more making it more difficult on the D. Like Brady used to do to us.

He’s leaving with the cookies. I TOLD YOU he was another Kelvin Benjamin! 😂

Please just find a way to get your five best guys out there. Last year felt so much more stable, and Torrence in the 2nd round was a great addition. It’s a nice problem. I remember days when it was more like “do we have anybody who belongs starting in the NFL?”

There is an FSU in there somewhere!

You could argue this is where the really good teams separate themselves.

I really want to be happy with so much here, but I’ll have that knot in my stomach until I see how Coleman looks. They got the right Josh, so I’ll just be hopeful that they got the right WR.

But apparently very long arms. 🤷♂️ The numbers and the tape look great. Let’s see how it translates.

Nothing wrong with that this late in the draft. -
That wouldn’t be too terrible. 😋

I see them adding a speed WR at some point, which makes me wonder why Franklin is still available. Was he a poor interview or something? Didn’t we work him out?
-
I’m not planning on a miracle, but I am certainly open to one. 😋 Welcome! We are not always this crazy, but this is a special time for us.

Thank you, I’ve been looking for something to make me feel better. This is a fair point.

I had heard about needing to control the diabetes. I wonder how closely related the behavior issues are, and how much is it a convenient excuse. If that is “all it is”, I’m a bit less concerned.

I wish I knew more about the AD Mitchell “character issues”. Purely based on play I think he’d be my choice, but I’d have to know more about the person, so I didn’t vote. If that’s a deal killer, then Franklin. .
