100% agree, crazy takes attract attention… I’m just left wondering why Allen is at the center of most of these crazy takes, why isn’t it  “Brock Purdy’s athleticism in the pocket is more elite than Lamar’s “ or “ Cousins football intelligence puts him on par with Burrow”

why are these crazy takes involving Allen.

    Higher profile, more clicks.

Emmanuel Acho (MVP Voter) & Lesean Mccoy try to make the argument that Tua & Josh are on the same plane of existence in terms of talent, ability and achievement. Acho also mentioned he likes Tua more than Josh. MVP doesn't mean anything anymore.

James Jones in Green Bay thought he was as tough as anyone in the cold, he didn’t need anything extra they were advising. They were announcing the starters and “the door came up, and the wind came in and I looked back and said ‘Lord have mercy!’”   😂

I would scramble my brains tomorrow morning if it resulted in the kind of generational wealth that would help my family and community for the next 100 years.

And I bet your dumb ass would too. 🤙

I'm not sure how supportive I am of the league taking that choice out of players' hands.

I think I may have done that just following the Bills for decades, but where do I click for the generational wealth?

    • Spector looking like he belonged.
    • Edwards and Bishop together in game action. Each with outstanding pass breakups.
    • The Fins RT lined up across Von in the 2nd half called for a false start. Von is back.
    • The number 46 on the jersey of the guy heading to the house with the pick-6. ("No way!")
    • Hill and Waddle on the bench in the second half. With their offense on the field. Just like last year.
    • Mitch Trubisky on the field in the second half.
    • Domination in the white-on-blues. Love that combo.

    GO BILLS

These are all VERY nice things, and I really loved a few plays by Bishop and Edwards. That was very promising and I can’t wait to see more.

As someone who has dealt with concussion issues from football

Tua knows the risks, and tua is the one who straps it up

The dolphins did not put a gun to his head.. he's a competitor and he wanted to play

    This is all 100% true.

But sometimes we need to be protected from ourselves, too. The team could certainly have done a better job with that.

It's not just last year's game, which was a complete team/coaching debacle. The travel-timing excuse is bs. Other teams traveled to London on our schedule and still won, and didnt take 2 more weeks to adjust after getting back.

But in 2021 we lost in Jacksonville 9-6 in a mess of a game.

Barely squeaked out a home win in 2019.

And of course, the 2017 playoff loss.

Could go all the way back to the EJ London meltdown as well.

Just something about our franchises, we rarely match up well against them. Of course a lot of that (pre-2017) obviously isnt on McD, but something about our rivalry with Jacksonville just seems stacked against us.

They were there a full week ahead of us last year in Roger’s  little “experiment.” You are incorrect here, trying to back up your preconceived notions.

Yes but the thing I don't get is how the Bills handle the Chiefs in the regular season defensively but completely are inept against them in the playoffs.

It may come down to offense.

We got bigger and more physical, and won’t be bullied by no-flag playoff football. It could be that simple.

EDIT: Injuries causing us to ask retired people to delay a vacation may have been a factor.  So there is also that.

Going from the Dolphins to the Jags is a great case study in the extremes of McD's coaching. He always owns the Dolphins, we always drop bad games in the worst ways to the Jags. Let's see how he does against Pederson next.

That may be some recency bias. I landed in London within an hour of the Bills landings, and my take away is that that game was TOTAL BS!

We were the “home team” where they have been cultivating a fan base since 2013. They arrive a week earlier than us. We lost key players to serious injuries on their crappy field.

I’d like to see us take it out on them!!!

  9. I’ve always thought it was reasonable to allow (and expect) people to get better at their job over time.  He’s a pretty good coach, and he’s getting better.

Now, having said that, we will lay an egg and the pitchforks will come out! It’s like the sun coming up, it just happens.  🤷‍♂️

Kudos to the Bills and D for beating the snot out of a dysfunctional Miami O. It was truly fun to watch.

How will they look against a competent QB who’s run game is gashing us like that in the first half?

Apparently you wanna Crown Dey A$$, so Crown Dey A$$.

I think of it as focusing on what DID just happen, as opposed to what may or may not happen at some time in the future.

Nobody is crowning anybody. It was a good performance, and also a memorable game, if not for the right reasons.

Am I right on Hamlin being late a lot or am I not seeing it right?

Edwards and Bishop both made some nice plays. I think Hamlin will be back in a reserve role sooner than later. I’m looking forward to seeing more of Bishop.
