  1. I worry about dealing with people who won’t eat red meat, or ANY meat, carbs and gluten, but things that grow in horse poop are fun so they are on the menu? OK.
  2. So, you’re saying a bad day for flip flops? How many different ways are there to start threads that will end up as a referendum on a domed stadium. It seems to be almost infinite!
  3. Lamar, would you like to check your math there? See, I can’t help myself! No need for that to be public.
  4. Yeah, that’s what we get for opening our mouths. Of course we never learn because, well……..we’re stupid. 🤷‍♂️
  5. I’d rather be called slow than stupid. People who know me well would argue that I am both. 😋
  6. Because it is taken and used by some as the opposite of the Honor Roll. The Honor Roll recognizes select people for outstanding achievement. The Wonderlic scores are used to denigrate people like Vince Young or Lamar Jackson. Surely you’ve seen that. I don’t think transcripts of interviews or video clips of white board sessions belong in the public domain either. Things like height, weight, 40 times, etc. are purely physical. For better or worse, you are not entitled to know my SAT scores. It’s none of your business. And I don’t get you know your SAT scores or how you ranked in your class. If you are applying for a job with ME, that is different. But that doesn’t mean I should post your results in the cafeteria or on a billboard. The Honor Roll recognizes top performers, while the Wonderlic is often used to look down on people for poor performance. You are entitled to your opinion, and we can just agree to disagree. . .
  7. I’m pretty sure my sister-in-law invented that move. I have started a movement to forever have that called a “Marie Louise-ism”. I’m hoping it catches on. 😋 While I’m not offended by it in any way, I’m sure there are better ways to determine whether a guy can be a successful NFL football player. If a guy fails to prepare for it, that does say something since it shouldn’t have come as a surprise to anyone. What does bother me is the way the scores seem to find their way into the public. There is no need for that.
  8. Wait! Are you saying we should NOT fire this coaching group? I’m so confused……. @Virgil I love your stuff and always enjoy it. If you decide it’s time for you to fully enjoy the games, I totally get that. You deserve it, and I’ll respect whatever you decide and remain appreciative of your contributions.
  9. That’s not a good matchup AT ALL. Their strength is our weakness. They are the only team to truly whoop is this year. Every other loss could have turned on a single play. But not the Colts game.
  10. I’m confident that at our best we can beat any team put in front of us. I’m not confident that we will play at our best, but I like that we may just be peaking at the right time. Look at the Buc’s last year. Peak in the playoffs!!!
  11. I was expecting to read that kale could be made to be good too eat. My expectations were too high, I’m afraid.
  12. Raiders don’t run it like the Colts, and they aren’t coached by the Master Cheater.
  13. This isn’t the official thread, but I think it’s important. This is like the 40 yard dash at the Combine, and guys are just coming off the line trying not to get too upright in the first 5-10 yards. It’s important, but it’s FAR from the end! I mean, Rich Eisen still has 30 plus yards to go in his suit and dress shoes. This could last until next weekend. 😋 .
  14. Josh has been throwing harder than ever, as seen from my couch. He needs to chill a bit and remember touch is also part of the formula. To me, it has seemed that way since the 40 mph gusts vs the Cheaters. It’s hard to look at the last 4 home game stats without considering the conditions. At least we TRIED to throw the ball against the Pats. It’s more than they did.
  15. I’ll give ESPN credit for actually doing something right, for a change. I probably wouldn’t have watched this game if not for the Manning Cast. I’ve only seen a few minutes of it this year, oddly, buy I enjoyed what little I saw.
  16. I believe this is the lady who sold a property in France (Paris?) to a guy when she was maybe in her 90’s? He gave her a life estate allowing her to stay in the property as long as she was alive. The buyer figured, she’s in her 90’s, how long could it be? 🤷‍♂️ He gambled, and lost. Oops! My grandmother made it to 92. My dad made it to 88-89, I think. My mom is currently alive and well at 94. I think there is good evidence that I will make it until at least………yesterday.
  17. I have a friend who was found sleeping in his car, drunk as a skunk, and because the the keys were on the floor of the car and not in the ignition he didn’t get a DUI. That may vary from state to state, I have no idea. There is a lot of blame on the city, and I get that. But LA, Miami, NYC, etc. are no Salt Lake City. More than the location, I look to the culture. If it’s Beane and McD running that team, I doubt they are the same dumpster fire.
  18. I didn’t like Beasley getting jammed that far downfield. At ALL. But he should not quit on the play, which he appeared to do as I watched it. Is it just me, or is Josh throwing even harder? I was surprised by some of those catches, TBH. I know their pros, and all that, but on a cold day that makes it tough. Some of those balls, especially early, were sailing. He hit some tiny windows, I’ll admit, but some could have used a little less heat, it seemed.
  19. Was it NBC years ago who aired an entire game without any commentary? They could do that again, with both team kneeling on every play and sell the recording on QVC and the Home Shopping Network as a cure for insomnia! Think of the money that could be made! Let there be SLEEP!
  20. Maybe the Bills should pay you to stash home??? 🤷‍♂️
  21. I don’t think we’ve even gotten below sea level on this iceberg!
  22. I love pure sport in a dome. AND, I love a good snow game. I love football in WNY! I WIN!
  23. It is not by any means a “need”. It may be a “preference” for many. That would be very different. I’m happy as long as they are in WNY.
  24. But…..where are all the people who want to fire him??? 🤷‍♂️
  25. If we can run the ball enough that Josh feels he doesn’t have to be a one man show, a world of weight comes off his shoulders. He doesn’t need to carry that weight. He can be AMAZING if he can just do his part, without being the ONLY part.
