  1. I really liked your post. Going for the more subtle approach. And I know I took some liberties. .
  2. But……at OUR PLACE! 😋 We played in Nashville three years in a row. I actually loved it as it’s an easy road game for me in a nice city ideal for hosting football. It smells a little funny with the reigning champs (sorry, Bengals) getting a string of home games against the biggest threat. It will even out in time. It’s not the Chief’s fans making the schedule. I care more about playoff home games, and I realize this is part of how you get there, but at some point you just need to feel eager to get another shot at them. Anywhere, any time. (Except London, I hate the London games, but still…..the point remains)
  3. I think his value is split between the plays he makes and the tone he sets. It’s one thing to be supremely talented, and another thing to make the others around you better. He’s the real deal.
  4. ….and some people don’t know where to draw those lines. One or two good games does not make you elite. Let us not forget, Singletary has a career average of 4.7 yards per carry. That is not too shabby, yet he gets dumped on by so many here. He is NOT elite, but he’s good enough to be a successful RB for our team. Personally, I’m hoping Kromer wins MVC (Most Valuable Coach) and makes the running game a serious threat. Not our identity, but a viable option.
  5. And somehow, everyone else taking pictures managed not to jump in front of a player who actually had his head down. Walk out in the road, you just might get hit. Again, the shove was wrong, but if you jump out in front of me or otherwise startle me (or anyone), you just may get a reaction. That is the risk you take. .
  6. I think by the time the renderings come out we will all be driving stackable hover crafts. Parking will be easy.
  7. I guess we will survive with a punt deity. 🤷‍♂️
  8. I wonder if she filed a police report?
  9. Yes, you agree the guy was moving. Right into the path of Adams. Bad move on his part. That is screwing up his job. Nobody else did that. It doesn’t make the SHOVE acceptable, and Adams looks bad making excuses, but if you have seen the other angle you know it was BOTH guys messing up. He was shoved, not “decked”, as defined here and as most would agree: To Deck, To get decked; to hit or be hit viciously hard without mercy, usually in the mouth or nose region. To strike down upon another human with great vengeance and FURIOUS anger. "I just decked Stephanie in the nose cuz the B word didnt have my money" "If my manager doesnt give me next friday off ima deck him right in his mouth I know the takes are laughable, but we love you anyway.
  10. I guess that’s why I stay away from social media. Completely. If that is going to be roughing the passer going forward, I’ll need to find some new ways to spend my time. I’ll watch my Bills, but not much more. They are ruining the game because the Dolphins cheated and china doll Tua got hurt. Twice. Take it out on them, not the rest of the league (and the fans).
  11. The guy was only in that position because he was bad at his job in that moment and put himself there. Don’t jump in front of players, especially in that situation. It’s like if my dog ran out in the road and got hit by a car. I can argue the guy was driving his car too fast, but my dog needs to stay out of the road. There can be multiple wrongs at the same time.
  12. I’m NOT defending the push, but I’ve only seen the one angle HERE. There is another angle which shows this guy just ran out in front of him while Adams had his head down. He reacted quickly and clearly too harshly, but don’t judge unless you have seen both views. It looks like a different incident! The shove was wrong, but more understandable from the other angle. The guy was not just standing there, he jumped out in front of Adams. Filing a police report tells me something about this guy.
  13. OK, so we don’t get “angry Chiefs”. I can live with that.
  14. Key Stone Cops there trying to get WR’s open. Do you remember when WE did crap like that?
  15. GO RAIDERS!!! Not even close to a catch…….he didn’t catch it cleanly.
  16. I think we are watching that process slowly take place. They just need to build a little more trust, bit by bit.
  17. Yeah, it will be hard to find a seat at rush hour like that. Oh, wait….they don’t have drinking hours like Buffalo? Never mind. @HOUSE was right, you might be screwed.
  18. I almost had to check the receipt in my wallet to discover where I had lunch today. 🤷‍♂️
  19. And yet, if we don’t win the Super Bowl…..the “hot seat crowd” will come out of the woodwork and wonder whether we should tear it all down. We all know that is true.
  20. It’s been freakish weather for several games the last couple years. It’s real, not personal, so don’t take it that way. The wind yesterday wasn’t just blowing passes and kicks, it was a challenge on long snaps. The flag was blown stiff every time I saw it. I think it was Nance who said before one kick something like “here we go with another adventure!” They are not picking on Buffalo, it was just a real factor. NOT talking about it would be failing to do the job properly. A topic that got equity a bit of attention! 😂
  21. His humility is so heart warming. He is the “Anti-Josh Josh”. (TM* pending) At least now he has more time to work on his serve and volley. He could probably do a great Djokovic imitation. Except Djokovic can actually play his sport at a high level. .
  22. They have the Ravens as a better chance to win the SB than the Chiefs? That seems curious to me.
  23. We don’t know exactly what happened, but it makes me think of a sign you see where my mom is in a skilled nursing facility. The sign says something like “be sure to make eye contact and speak to patients before touching them”. The football version is “don’t walk into a wild scrum and touch someone from behind unless you want trouble”. That goes for refs too. I don’t know if AJ knew who it was, or what he said, but if this guy DQ’ed a player in consecutive weeks, maybe he needs to look in the mirror. How many refs managed not to eject somebody over the last couple weeks? Yeah, pretty much all of them.
  24. I believe this to be accurate, but I don’t trust the refs to get that right. One of the worst calls I can remember was an interception where our TE made a catch, and it was curiously awarded to the defense. Regardless, Gabe and the ball first, and he had it LAST! Touchdown baby! That is as beautifully thrown pass as you will EVER see!
  25. OK, it wasn’t ME, but our pregnant and past due DIL waited until well after the game to check into the hospital at 8:30pm to induce their first child. We raised a true Bills fan, and she couldn’t mess up his game day. Olivia Rose joined our family at 1:30am this morning. Welcome to our newest Bills fan! She’s already got all the Bills gear she can wear for the first two years! .
