Another interesting category might be number of games missed, regular season and playoffs to get there. That would be striking. I’m not Tom Sawyer asking you to paint my fence, but just trying to make a point. I could add a poll here, will he or won’t he? It’s crazy what you can do with numbers and stats. .

I watch a little golf, and a lot of the Masters, but that was new to me. YIKES! It’s like Joe Thiesmann just got up and walked away. Wait! Are you the real Gumby? Side note, but I think that was the hole we sat at waiting to find my BIL. No cell phones inside, and we got our plans crossed. Never found him until we had both left for the day. Bucket list thing, it’s unimaginable how severe the terrain is. TV doesn’t capture that, but the birds are chirping, so….

Golf is a great example of that. Everyone knows that guy with a two handicap who is so amazing at TopGolf. “It just sounds different!” That guy can’t even begin to compete for the smallest tours, much less play with the big boys. I used to live on a USGA tournament course, and I’d hear people brag about how they shot an 82, so they are only a few strokes off the pros. I would inform them that the pros tee off from across that road back there. Get a grip.

I hope he was always good with that decision. That is the kind of choice that seriously alters your life, but it’s usually best to be true to yourself.

It also fails to mention how many games it took to get 50 starts. For Josh I would say it was 50. For Tua? You know hat they say about the best ability….

We will still have A QB, it won’t be a power play. A decent replacement and we would adjust and do better than that, IMO. As great as Josh is, and I love him like everyone else, but I feel that some people see it like it’s all on him, and he does it despite the coaching. We have a team around him, and I feel like it’s disrespectful of them and the coaching staff to get so little credit. Josh makes us GREAT, but they are pretty darned good too.

Her sense of humor, quick wit and laugh on that movie promotion video made her attractive to me. (Josh is probably safe, my wife would have none of that. ) And I find her pretty, if not a classic beauty. Sometimes that’s better.

Great post. I worked with a young lady and kind of watched her grow up, interning in summers (her dad was the majority stockholder), then fresh out of college, then getting married and finally expecting. We had two boys so the girl stuff was new to me. I felt very invested when she was expecting. I was also somewhat honored when she came to me to ask about what it’s like to become a parent. She stunned me at first and I just mumbled some words. I mulled it over for a while, and I still remember walking over to her office to share my share my experience. I said the lows will be low and very difficult, but the highs are higher than I could have imagined. To each their own, because we are not one size fits all.

It was a charity basketball event. Other Bills were playing basketball too. Maybe the problem is that Keon is too athletic? Maybe if he played basketball without jumping so high? 🤷‍♂️ Life is dangerous. I don’t think it’s fair to say Keon is a space cadet and therefore he’s at greater risk playing the same game as everyone else….but better. If you play, you play. One could argue that playing at half speed is just as dangerous, and it’s something you’d never want to do in football if you care for your wellbeing.

It was a Damar Hamlin charity event, and there were a bunch of Bills there along with others. I wonder if it would it be on brand if one of the others got hurt?

Is a little bit of nothing more, or less? Our son was over with his wife and two girls, 2-1/2 and 7 months. The older is difficult and very introverted and she’s hard to warm up to people, so I don’t push her. When she’s ready I’ll be there. The baby is much happier and outgoing, and I was loving our time on the kitchen floor with her. My son mentioned in the basement to my wife how fun I was on the floor with the baby. She said “Oh, he loves babies, but the older one is a lot like you were.” .

Hmmm, have we gone from a salad to a casserole, or is it all cold? It sounds familiar as a casserole with…..potato chips crushed on top?

Stuff like this just goes to show how very little we know. We know little about dark energy and dark matter, and that’s the vast majority of the universe. It’s hard to feel “certain” about anything given our general ignorance. Yet some of us can be feel so sure. 🤷‍♂️
