The best party of my college career! That’s almost a decade of parties to get my AD! 😋 Who rented US those big TV’s? I believe it was 6 kegs, and 3 rented TV’s, as big as they came back then. Notice they shut up at the end. Sometimes silence is best, and let the moment speak for itself. . .

Article - Six free agents Buffalo should target

The curse is concerning, as if the fact that his beard appears to be taking over his entire body. -
You are competing against the most brilliant minds on the planet. And you expect to win in the long run. I wish you well. Bernie Madoff sends regards.

The Last Waltz is one of the best things I’ve ever seen on a television.

I’d say I got to point B early, and you are taking the risky and tainted path that may not get you there.

Very cool! Love the sentiment! It doesn’t make crypto your savior is all I’m saying. I got to retire in my 50’s. I didn’t have to win the lottery or make money for nothing and cash out at the right time on crypto. We like to play it smart.

That does not impress me any more than anything I could read from countless confident (a/k/a cocky) people. But I do SINCERELY wish you all the best. I mean that! I really do. EDIT: If you think we are betting AGAINST you, I think you are just making stuff up. We don’t care enough to be that invested, I’m guessing. Your success or failure has nothing to do with my lifestyle. I’m good, thx. .

I have a college buddy who sold the family business. Had a boat load of cash. Went to day trading and did well for a while. He’s now in index funds. He learned his lesson. No offense but, what concerns me most is how smart you think you are. I don’t say this to insult you, but hopefully to create some self awareness. I doubt it sinks in, sadly.

Replace “them” with YOU. Then you have an accurate picture. You are not immune. It’s a scam, IMO, and they can scam even you when they want to. Sorry, you are a minnow loving life. Don’t get me wrong, I wish you all the best, but I’ve seen this sh!t before in many other fields. I’m not playing that Ponzi game.

Please don’t take this personally, because it it not meant that way. I know some very smart people who are sure that they are smarter than you. People with eight figure net worths, and up. And I’ll bet you think you are smarter than them. I have no idea. That could be. If you think it’s easy, I’m afraid you are missing something. You can argue it’s not “easy”, but I’m too good at it to come out on the wrong end. It’s a rigged game. It really is, IMO. I’d hate to see you hurt badly by a game with no rules, but clearly you are already decided.

We are paying a bit more than that to see Van Morrison from some great seats coming up soon. Amphitheater north of Atlanta (Alpharetta). He’s our top act we have not seen. I wouldn’t pay to see The Stones or The Who again, but it’s a bucket list thing to see him once. Wife got six tix, and friends eagerly bought up the extras. She warned them “these are NOT the cheap seats”. They didn’t flinch. I’d have paid more, quite honestly. Second place on my “I’ve never seen list” would be Bruce Springsteen. Pretty big drop after that. . .

Left part of himself behind to be remembered by all. Seems much too soon. RIP.

Would either be willing to go there? I seriously doubt it. Maybe we could send Christian McCaffery and a 4th to get Chase Young? We love to wheel and deal! SPIN that wheel again! 😋

Would you happen to have Janes’ number? Please PM me.

What year you became a Bills fan and Two Bills Drive camaraderie

It’s OK, we get it. You can’t pick your family. Repeat after me: It’s not your fault… It’s not your fault… It’s not your fault…. 😋 -
I heard he considered doing it as a sack race, but that might have been too obvious of a ploy to drop to us. He was “coached” on how not to end up in a hell hole situation? Works for me! We deserve nice things! 😋

Get Christian McCaffery to be our #1... slot WR...???
Augie replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
The offseason is indeed long. I have to keep reminding myself, only I can control what I click on. I’m just not very good at self-restraint. 🤷♂️ -

Sliced bread and paragraphs are neck and neck, IMO. -

Sure, swing for the fences, but don’t pay thru the nose for a a “big name” with a well known injury history. Step back, look at the big picture. I’d prefer Gabe Davis over McCaffrey going forward, especially given the cap expense. Get the next Gabe with the draft picks you saved. Use the savings for guys we need to keep. I don’t like the idea of shopping for bling. I like nuts and bolts. -

Augie replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
He will be 26 next year, but that’s not my issue. I’m not paying that much for a slot receiver with his injury history. People always want “Big Names”. I want the NEXT big name, at a discount. Some guy I’ve never heard of, but a guy our scouts are smart enough to identify. THAT is how you get ahead! One of the best things about a first round pick is that they are cheap for 4-5 years. I don’t want to trade that for an injury plagued guy who is already expensive. Sure, he’s a great player when available. I just don’t like the cost that goes with the risk. JMO. . -

I’d like to see younger, cheaper and better players the Bills found thru the draft. Chasing Big Names with big contracts is rarely the best path, IMO. -

I started going to games as a little kid in the mid 60’s. We’d fight over who got to see what team so my dad went from 2 season tickets to four. I remember a battle at the dinner table over who got the Raiders game. My first memory isn’t even a game event, but walking with the crowd to enter the Rockpile for the first time. This little kid had NEVER seen anything like that! As for favorite memories, again it’s not game related. In the 3rd grade I was friends with Jack Kemp’s son. We would walk home from school to his house, and it felt surreal. I saw a color TV there for the first time in my life. Lots of cool memories because it was just “life” to him, but bigger than life to me! I’m not a jersey guy, or “player obsessed”. You never know who’s a jerk in real life. But I will say my sister used to babysit Butch Byrd’s kids and I played with his son. He seemed like a fine man to my young eyes. After that, probably Kyle Williams. My forum name says I was thinking of my sister when I joined. She had just had unexpected quadruple bypass surgery. Tall, thin, walked miles a day with the dog, never smoked. I didn’t see that coming! My middle name is Augustine (thanks mom and dad!). She would torment me relentlessly calling me Augie Doggy. She was on my mind.- 151 replies

I seriously applaud your use of paragraphs! Thank you! 😋 Beyond that? Yes, he needs to be extended and paid for the WR he truly is. But I’ll trust Beane to do that wisely, which often means to do it before you have to, and before the price goes up. (See Allen, Josh.) .
