  1. I’m guessing midnight on a Friday? And all that might go with that. 🤷‍♂️
  2. A guy who looked a lot like OBJ was seen sleeping in an alley not far from Tempo.
  3. Could be. It appears they separate it with subs having cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. I guess that makes sense. Regardless, this has made me hungry! https://www.myjohnandmarys.com/general-2-1
  4. I stopped at John & Mary’s in Hamburg when I was back for a game a few years ago (pre-Covid). It was a treat I remembered from my childhood and I was half expecting to be disappointed. Boy was I wrong. I got the Royal sub and it was a real treat. BTW - What is the difference between a sub and a hoagie? I just looked at their menu and they are different sections. Oh, and I now know what I want for dinner, and there is nothing in Atlanta I’d want as much as I want another one of those subs! IF you are at Charlie the Butcher’s, try the German potatoe salad. I had forgotten how good that could be!
  5. No. They have no responsibility to quench your desire to know about her personal medical condition. If they want it to stay private, it should stay private. That seems like the decent way to handle it. Our natural curiosity does not supersede her right to privacy.
  6. We bought our second house from a builder who had put mirrors on the angled part of the tray ceiling in the master bedroom. There was also a mirrored wall opposite the foot of the bed. It was HYSTERICAL to show people our new house. Some people would look in the room, pretend not to notice and say nothing. Others would yell “WOOHOO!!!” and run and jump on the bed and check out all the angles. The adhesive holding up the mirrors was so strong you’d have to go in the attic and literally knock the drywall down to get rid of it, costing thousands of dollars to repair. We never got around to that before moving. 🤷‍♂️
  7. Is this like another top QB has been “immunized”?
  8. Kim Pegula is NOT Jerry Jones. I know that is obvious, but it’s something we can all be thankful for together. I aim to unite and celebrate. 😋
  9. That is all I’m saying, and yet I get all kinds of pushback. I think it is mostly from people who were fixated on the first and more sensational version of the video.
  10. Let us start with this: it is not your place to tell me what’s in my mind. Adams is wrong. That has been conceded by virtually everyone, I think. They BOTH NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIER SURROUNDINGS. Adams is guilty, as is the other guy involved. Not nearly as guilty as a shove by any means, but he should also be aware of his surroundings. This has a parking lot accident feeling to it. Someone will pay, but it’s really not a huge deal. Nor should it be. I’m really not being a jerk here, I just know that some people are acting like this was an attack without context. They saw the first video and made a decision how they felt, while the second video looked like a different incident. If you think this is about protecting the “important guy” over the “hired help”, you don’t know me and that is not the way I see the world. That couldn’t be more wrong. .
  11. Wish her well, hope this is shut down until we have something real. I don’t see a need for 500 pages of nothing. I would like to respect their wishes. EDIT: But who am I? 😂 . .
  12. As I’ve said COUNTLESS times, I agree! ADAMS WAS WRONG! He was the MOST AND OVERWHELMINGLY WRONG. I’m just saying camera guy is not like someone who was just sitting there minding his own business and got attacked. Stepping in front of a football team coming off the field is very avoidable. He helped to create this by putting himself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Brain fart? New on the job? I don’t know. If that is a city street, Adams has the right of way. Camera guy screwed up, and Adams very badly overreacted. .
  13. I hope they are eliminated long before then. Karma is a…………ya know? Wouldn’t it be awesome if they lost a top 5 draft pick for their dirty shenanigans?
  14. They will be very disappointed to learn that the league has a few changes in the name of safety. In addition to no longer being allowed to tackle a QB unless you gently settle him into a down mattress, the OT rules have been changed for the playoffs. If, after one OT session you are still tied, the winner will be determined by a ping pong playoff between team captains. That C on the jersey just became more important.
  15. Indeed, so everyone needs to be smart. I’m not sure if you are talking about AJ or Adams, but the ref made an ill-advised move touching Epenesa from behind during a melee and the camera guy should not jump out in front of a player coming off the field in that situation. [Edit- I’d love to know what Epenesa said, so maybe he deserved ejection.] I hate refs that try to make it about them. If done properly, they are nearly invisible. Same goes with the camera guy. We are not there for YOU, so stay out of the way. I won’t be too hard on him, as it seems to have been inadvertent, but he helped create that situation by making a poor decision. That is why you look both ways before crossing the road. Quite simple. .
  16. I once had a girl Or should I say she once had me She showed me her room Isn't it good Norwegian wood?
  17. Could be. I’m not trying to let Adams off and blame the camera guy, but his lack of awareness was part of the problem here. I just don’t understand how some people don’t get that.
  18. I would describe it as bearing some responsibility. The shove was over the top/uncalled for, but this guy is either a jerk or just terrible at his job. This incident would not have happened if he didn’t dart out in front of Adams. I just want to know why he did that. What was he thinking? Did he not see Adams? Accidents happen, I suppose. Unfortunate all around. Regardless, if you judge this incident only by the clip at the top of the thread, you will be misled. The first view made it look like he was just standing there, and that was NOT the case. .
  19. THIS view is much different, and I believe more telling of what really happened. The initial view at the top of the thread is more sensational, but this is more informative.
  20. It’s NOT that complicated. I want to know if @KDIGGZ denies that the guy inexplicably got in front of Adams for some reason. He’s quick with the thumbs down, but radio silent from what I’ve seen on explaining this. I’m NOT absolving Adams, AT ALL, I’m just saying it was a bad move by camera guy. Very simple. If my own son did the same thing, I’d be upset with the shove, and I’d also ask my son “WTF were you thinking?” .
  21. I can think of a guy with a 4.7 career ypc…..and he’s on our roster.
  22. I’ll take one more shot at this. Adams was wrong. We all agree. WHY DID THE GUY RUN IN FRONT OF HIM? It’s a simple question. Why did he do it? It made no sense, and the camera gear guy did something he should not have done. Period. It’s possible for two people to be wrong in different ways to different degrees. Simple fact.
  23. I’ve heard quite a few people who know him or know people who do say he’s actually a good guy. Never any troubles, no history of anything like this. It’s unfortunate for everyone, because he made a boneheaded move for which he apologized. It will come at some cost to him, which is fair.
  24. A) I watched it. Both known views. He moved in front of him. It’s not what I think, it’s what I watched. B) I never said I would level anyone. Get it right, for a change. I said it’s unwise to startle someone, especially a professional athlete coming out of a heated moment. You never know what you might get. Pay attention. You don’t get to make up your own “facts”. C) You are tiresome, and not nearly as sharp as you think you are. Have a nice day.
  25. Exactly. Was that his plan before jumping in front of Adams? Was this premeditated, or did it just morph into a payday scheme after he found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time?
