  1. I was hoping it would look a little more like my avatar.
  2. It’s certainly unique. The cost of entry now is beyond astronomical, obviously, but I kind of like having a little different formula for one city. They have more “charm” than Jerry Jones at the other extreme.
  3. Went to a game there a few years ago, and it’s funny how that was worded. Not only are they owned by the community, but they sit right in the middle of the community! Nice, well kept middle class homes. Like an alien mega ship landed in Cheektowaga. .
  4. I often did that in college when the bars were closing. It rarely amounts to anything, believe me.
  5. Either you are a liar, or you are a liar! 😋 I collect memories. I can’t let you in to see them. There is all kinds of confidential stuff laying around in there.
  6. It should be like our old seats at the Rockpile. We were under the roof, exactly where the seam was. On a rainy day it came down on us like a firehouse trying to break up a riot! A little kinky, maybe, but who am I to judge? 🤷‍♂️
  7. He looked a little like Tua there at the end. Put him back on the bull! It’s just back spasms!
  8. Something to show on game broadcasts other than the Falls and wings getting tossed. I think it would be cool if you could put some tokens in them and go for a ride. A bigger version of what we had outside the A&P as a kid! Throw in some alcohol, and it could be VERY entertaining! What could go wrong? 🤷‍♂️ I’ll wear my cape!
  9. A rendering of an OG would be a nice accompaniment.
  10. Are you sure that’s how it goes? We survived the bye week. YAY! Let’s get past the Packers, hopefully, then start looking forward to the next game. One week at a time.
  11. Yes, they are good enough. Will they pull it off? Time will tell. .
  12. They are going to have our resident artist, Mr Josh Allen, create the statue of Ralph.
  13. They did us the favor of leaving something for everyone to quibble over in another 25 years when we look at the NEXT Bills stadium. As I’ve said all along, if it’s in WNY, I’m good.
  14. I had pages of wisdom to share with you here. I mean, a mountain of stuff nobody wants to read, so……………YES! 😂
  15. Don’t sell yourself short! I just remembered it was two awesome things. You Tailgate Gods rock!
  16. Back in the 90’s I barely had any access to Bills info. Bills Digest, and a couple sentences in the USA Today once a week. It was hard to find a game on TV. Now? If you are lousy you can catch it live or on YouTube replay, on your phone, unless you want the all 22, or the away teams announcing crowd, or anything else. My how things have changed. .
  17. Bring Jell-O shots, make friends! 😋
  18. Ahh, the famous Gugny Chili!!! You had something else delicious, more of a dessert item??? I was fuzzy….at like 10:00am. Is that bad? When our boys turned 16 I took them both to Buffalo for a Bills home game. It was a rite of passage thing. We stayed in Williamsville where I grew up. We went out to dinner and chatted with people about what we were doing. People loved the story and BEGGED me to come by their tailgate. It almost brought a tear to my eye to see them wanting so badly to entertain us with their company, food and drink. It’s part of what makes WNY and the people from there so special. One time in Nashville I ubered to the game with my oldest. We found the Bills dedicated section of the tailgate and he was starving! I was asking around to get him fed. One great guy said “it’s not my spread, but hell yeah! Let him eat what he wants, who’s gonna have a problem with that? Nobody here!” I know that has limits, but it is the general tone of a Bills tailgate. .
  19. It mildly surprises me how many band names are being thrown out there, and I realize that I heard it all, but didn’t really like them. I liked what I liked, but just ignored so much main stream stuff. I guess it helped me later on when we ran loosely in some R&R circles (strangely, but you’d need to meet my wife to understand). I didn’t know who some of these guys were, or care about their music. The lack of idolization meant we could just talk, person to person. An amateur musician buddy always wanted to join us, but he would have ruined it. To this day he will tell people we had dinner and partied with this guy and that. Others are amazed, and I don’t even recognize the names. I remember our close friends, and the others were just friends of friends, not the lead singer or drummer for this group or that. I liked most of the bands in the initial posts, then things kind of fell off for me. To each their own. 🤷‍♂️
  20. I’m not actually sure if he ever even touched him on that one. So sad for Tommy. He probably can’t eat out for a month!
  21. This has taken an interesting twist……unfortunately.
  22. Great! Now you have me wanting a sausage, onion and peppers sub/hoagie/grinder I saw along Abbott Rd at my last game. Somehow I got sidetracked and never made that happen. There are some retail options, and there are a ton of very generous fans filling the parking lots. Put on your friendly face!
  23. Since I don’t care if the Packers suck, I might look at trading every OL starter……just to see Rodgers react. 😋
  24. You would get pennies on the dollar for what he’s worth. If I’m selling, I won’t want a bag of used balls for an All Pro level player. If I’m a buyer, I’m paying VERY little for a a guy coming off of neck surgery. Should be fine, but kind of a big deal. I sit put, at least until we know more.
  25. Wait, you want to trade a guy missing the rest of the season due to neck surgery? That should go well.
