Oh, I would definitely do THAT! Nothing intimate about a show in an NFL stadium.

He played the Mercedes Benz Stadium the night before we saw Chris Stapleton there last weekend. I’d have rather seen Billy Joel, but more importantly I’d rather see either of them in a more intimate setting. I didn’t want to go but it was a night out with three other couples. Next time I’ll politely decline rather than see ANY act in a venue that large. How many people will the casino hold?

Somebody has been VERY naughty! Think about it, we haven’t just lost 3 games. We have lost 3 games in ridiculous and historic fashion. If you’re not a Bills fan, it might even be funny! But I’m not laughing…..

We need some groin magic.

The first thing that comes to my mind is both my wife and myself getting food poisoning from a certain fast food restaurant after a Clemson football game. Rural SC roads are not exactly littered with rest rooms. But he’s probably talking about something else…….

It’s been a thing for a while. You see it in every game where the RB is stopped, and the “pile” gets moved a few more yards. The “Bush Push” made it famous during the classic USC vs Notre Dame game. I was with my oldest, a 16 year old at The Anchor Bar to see that one. Classic moment of my life.

Unless……you don’t. Keeping all options open is always a good thing. You might draw encroachment in the last minute the playoffs with that. We’ll never know. Pushing is legal, pulling is not. Push when it makes sense.

I’m doing what I do. I’m watching our Bills and I’m all in with 100% support. When we were first married the Bills went 2-14 in back to back years. The wife asked “why do you do this to yourself?” It’s what we do, it’s who we are. I get upset, but I get over losing games I didn’t even play in. The wife understands after 37 years. Our son takes it much worse than I do these days. He’s young(ish) at 30, and will be able to temper his emotions as he matures. Thank you to all the fine people who helped him at Hammers Lot this weekend for his birthday gift trip. I know he enjoyed meeting up with @plenzmd1, @Seasons1992 and others. He’s not returning texts right now. I think he’s still in that mourning period I used to feel. 🤷‍♂️

Vegas still has us as Super Bowl favorites. We should shake that up because we hit a rough patch over a few games against good teams and losing one score games that could have changed with a single play while missing a handful of Pro Bowl defenders. SMH. 🤷‍♂️ .

Yeah, those professional athletes are so darn lazy! My kids never played beyond high school, but they were good there. Even they would go to the gym at 5:30am so they didn’t miss lifting when they had two a day practices. To play at a high college level and make it to the pros, you worked to make it happen. Worked HARD! One son came back from a torn ACL/MCL, and he struggled with trusting the knee for quite a while. It’s a very real thing. I don’t know what’s going on with Tre, obviously, but that may be a factor. Whatever it is, it’s not him being lazy after he made some money. I don’t see him as a Haynesworth, Darius kinda guy. He got paid and worked. He got hurt, and he needs to be ready to come back and help.

It must be an insatiable craving for attention. That’s all I can think of. I’m sure there are reasons why the timeline for Tre is what it is. I don’t feel the need to whine about it. Get well and come back when ready, Tre. I hope that is soon.

We have found three VERY creative ways to lose close games to good teams. We have beaten ourselves, basically. We can turn that around. It’s like the Hail Mary loss at Arizona….crazy happenings happen. I can live with that. We got some bad plays out of the way and I hope we can leave them in the past.

That was a lot to read, so I didn’t. Have a nice life. My son was at the game from Atlanta, and he has a one month old daughter. He’s a fan, and he will complain (which exhausts me more than his daughter exhausts him), but he will never quit. Especially after an OT loss to a 7-1 team. How weak is THAT? That used to be a damn badge of honor! Go on a run in the playoffs.

People keep telling me I am different. You might be on to something.

I’m not deifying him as a GM, but it’s hard to ignore the fact that we are a leading contender for SB champs. Why does it have to be perfect or it sucks? We are far better than most, and I’m not looking for things to whine about. By your standards, you should probably be fired.

Chris Stapleton Saturday night in Mercedes Benz Stadium (home of the Falcons). There is no band on earth I want to see in a venue that large, but the wife bought the tickets and we have friends coming from out of town. Look forward to a night out with friends, I just wish I could un-invite the other 60k people.

I like my rugs too much to let the dogs near Mighty Taco. That could end VERY badly! Heck, I’d be concerned about the walls too!

My parents go-to spot for decades going back to when I was a kid. It’s been around a while for a reason.
