I went to a Bills game at Green Bay a few years ago and wore my Bills gear everywhere. I kept hearing “welcome to Wisconsin.” Especially from big young farm boy types. It was curious the first time, but apparently it’s a thing. Pretty cool.

As for general memorabilia beyond autographs, in the man cave I have a couple seat cushions from the Bills/Redskins SB, and a collection of framed Bills program covers from the early 60’s.

I’ve never been into autographs. Nothing against anyone who does it for fun or even investment purposes, but someone else writing their name just isn’t my thing. I have a buddy who is SUPER into it and does backstage access at concerts, essentially paying a FORTUNE for a photo and an autograph. Makes him happy, good for him, but just not my thing. In fact, a tennis buddy is an electrician and helped me out in a time of need. I had a short in the backyard outlet which kept tripping the breaker for the back of the house (knocking out all cable and internet). He followed me home and spent half a day finding and fixing it, then he wouldn’t let me pay him. The next day I took him a tennis racquet he had liked…..I won it at a Bryan Brothers exhibition. It was not only signed by both of them, but they had used that racquet and Wimbledon that year. (Their coach worked at our club.) It was taking up space in my closet, and the incredible joy on his face when I gave it to him was priceless, so I guess they can have enormous value. EDIT: To demonstrate my stupidity I took it to the courts and hit with it. Yes, they really did use blue Tournagrip, and that was where the signatures were. One of my friends shrieked like a little girl that I was going to damage the signatures. I didn’t want that, but I really DID WANT to hit with it. They jacked up the weight something crazy! .

I just checked in to see if “it” has been defined. Does he have to win the SB? Is once enough? Does he have to cover the spread?

Funny, I bought that one and started reading it right around the time we moved. It’s been about 2 years and it hasn’t popped up again. I know it’s here somewhere!

On the bright side, maybe the back issues help him remain somewhat affordable? 🤷‍♂️ We will have the best feel for how he really is physically. I hope he remains healthy, regardless of where he plays. Bad backs (and feet) for big guys can be rough.

Sometimes some of the fans annoy me far more than the Bills ever have.

They took the big swing that many people asked for. Sometimes it backfires.

You went from special to unique. Those are different things. That was on you.

Sometimes I hate this place.

But, Josh hasn’t done it yet, and he’s getting older. How much cap space would we save? We need cap space.

WHAT? Are we changing things again? Who added unique? Unique is, well……..unique. It is not the same thing as special, as used in the title. Every fanbase is unique, if you think about it. May I ask which town you are in? Or how many road games you’ve attended in the last decade or so? It could be ALL of them, for all I know. I’m just trying to understand. We are much better represented on the road than opposing teams are in OP, from my experience.

I’m just glad this isn’t about TayTay.

I bet a bunch of 49er fans want to fire him because he keeps losing in the Super Bowl.

He lacks the subtlety and nuance of Diggs. He can work on it, I’m sure.

We are whining about McD and the whiney Mahomes. It happens a lot.

They didn’t tell you about your pay cut? I’m sorry, HR was supposed to be in touch. Let’s draft our own superstars. They are cheaper that way.

Let’s not change sports to try to make your point. How many Bills’ road games have you been to in the last decade or so? When the visiting team takes over a stadium on the road, that is pretty special. And that’s not just one wild and crazy guy.

I can’t beleive they didn’t click on TayTay when he was looking for a receiver!

Maybe “just” needs defining, I don’t claim to be the best. I am sure we are among the best, and in some ways different. Like the Bills team, our fans are top tier. The thing that sets us apart in some ways is that we were there thru the Dark Ages. Steelers fans are loyal, but they never had extended stench like we endured. JMO
