  1. This is less about the RB and more on the OC, but it seemed (at least to me?) our personnel groupings were tipping what we were going to do too often. Dorsey may be great in the long run, but like any rookie I hope he makes a big leap in year 2. Now, back to your regularly scheduled RB debate.
  2. Notice his 4.7 YPC and how that is better than a lot of big names in Bills history. And he did it by making people miss at or behind the LOS FAR too often. I think he was under-appreciated by many Bills fans. I consider every day I make that much money to be a good day. But I guess it’s pocket change for some of you! 😋
  3. Larry Bird did it back when the NBA was worth watching. So, there’s that…. 🤷‍♂️
  4. I enjoy attending a home game, preferably the opener, and one road game a year. The at home HD experience is amazing, so I get wanting to enjoy it that way. It’s comfortable, cheap and easy. But I don’t go for the stadium or the amenities. I go to see friends at the tailgate and feel that energy you can only get live. If I were local I still probably wouldn’t be a season ticket holder. It wouldn’t be a financial thing, I just don’t want to do it all season long. That’s a personal decision everyone gets to make. I go for the energy, the live football and the camaraderie. How much you value that vs the convenience of home is a great decision to be able to make. To each their own, as long as they remain in WNY. If they left, I would be done.
  5. Deal breaker? Will you be done? Forever? Some people are like that. 🤷‍♂️ I go to games for the football and the tailgate. I don’t need a museum or arcades like they have in some places. To each their own. I will not have any angst over this until we see the final product. I was fine at the old place, so I’ll be fine at the new place. Just WIN!
  6. My personal preference would have been a dome downtown. Second choice was open air downtown. We got my third choice, so I’ll just have to live with that. The Bills will remain in WNY, and that was my ultimate goal. Period. I come to town for one game a year on average. It would be awesome to have a downtown stadium I could walk to from my hotel like you can in cities like Nashville, Cincinnati, etc. Walk around, hit the restaurants and bars, stroll over to the stadium, perfect. That would be better for me personally, but I’m short about a billion in the effort to make that happen. It sounds a bit like you still think there is a chance that this is open for discussion, but I think it’s a done deal with just a few details to iron out. For those who didn’t get exactly what you wanted, I suggest focusing on our Bills remaining in WNY, and without fecal rivers in the concourses.
  7. Shortly after we moved to Atlanta Xavier played in the Sweet 16 here, and Kentucky was on the other side of our draw. Kentucky fans may be annoying, but they travel like CRAZY for their team. They filled up this city! They don’t win much with Calipari, but they attend with the best of them!
  8. Alright now, Xavier advances to the Sweet 16 with an 11 point win over Pitt. I can breathe easily now….until next weekend when we face Texas. Love being the first game so I can just enjoy everything that comes later.
  9. Should we tell him? 🤷‍♂️
  10. So, if we don’t look at him, he’s not really there???
  11. Was “but no time soon” an oversight, or an intentional omission? You rascal you! You left us wondering! 😋 Have you heard what’s parked on the ocean floors? It’s a hot topic! 🚀 👽
  12. Thank you, I’m done with the internet for a while. I’ll focus on hoops.
  13. Is it just me, or did the name only title scare you with “Oh God, what’s he done now?” That says something about how much I’d like him on our team.
  14. Are you a parent? 😋
  15. “Near the peak”, which I believe to be true, as a regular Super Bowl favorite. I don’t feel the need to extend this. .
  16. Sorry, but it seems you lost everything after the bold. That made a lot of sense to me.
  17. I’ll never say we were the better team, because I think the Bengals would have beaten us twice if given the chance. But that was a bad set of circumstances and decisions. If I’m in slippery conditions like that I’d like to play less fearful in a zone, and mix in a lot more man coverage. It’s easier to try to run with them than play WAY off and try to break quickly on the ball. Slippery for our DLine too, so not much rush. That’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
  18. Is your horseshoe upside down? 😋 Are the Bengals failures? They lost a SB and missed a chance to go to another. There is a gray area unless you have rings to show for your season. We are consistently near the peak of the NFL pyramid. Need a few upgrades and some luck. Almost every fan base in the league would love to trade places with us. Let’s try to keep some perspective. .
  19. Duke is out of the tournament. The world is a better place.
  20. Time will tell, but I’m certainly not hitting the panic button. Nothing to be gained there. I sure would love to nail this draft, I’ll tell you that!!! A PM would work there, too. Or two. Or to. 😋 .
  21. I think a better word for “momentum” is confidence. Confidence is a very real factor. You see a couple shots go down or make a few putts, you can play loose and free. The mind is an amazing thing!
  22. I’m volunteering to be a Tennessee fan for the day as they take on the Pompous Dookies. EDIT: Right on cue, Duke player has an embarrassing flop. And they get the call. Ridiculous. EDIT #2: The same guy just did it AGAIN! They really are insufferable. And the refs just give them calls. It’s like getting too close to Brady, you know a call is coming. .
  23. If only hindsight was correctable. We’d be RICH! 😋 .
  24. I prefer “disappointing”. Regardless, an amazing game in an amazing tournament!
  25. #1 seed Purdue goes down to FDU. This be crazy land! .
