I don’t care much who starts. I would see him as one more part, so when we suffer the inevitable injury at WR we don’t have a big drop off. I hate to gamble the season on the young guys stepping up if a WR misses a few weeks due to injury. I like their promise, but a lot is at stake. The team suffered when Gabe Davis played with that high ankle sprain last year. Allow it to heal properly and still play quality football that defenses have to respect.

How much would it take to get that print bigger?

Speaking of which, from the Card perspective what are they stuck with this year, and how does it affect future years? Does he have offsets with the Cards allowing them to reduce their expense? Can he further screw them by taking a little less? I know he wants hi$, but this is a guy burning bridges as only a guy at the end of his career can. He will retire with a mountain of money. A guy can dream…. 🤷‍♂️ I’m not saying we NEED him, but if it worked out financially we’d still have competent WR’s even when someone gets a high ankle sprain or another guy pulls a hammy. I feel good about the young guys but they are a gamble, so it will be interesting. Beane isn’t perfect, but he’s got my trust. .

I know, it just bothers me that it gets so much attention. Let them live their lives is the way I feel about it. I’d would NEVER bother a celeb if they were out at dinner or whatever. They are just people. Rich and talented people, but just people. I have no use for autographs either. I know some people are into that, but some guy signing his name doesn’t mean much to me. 🤷‍♂️ To each their own, but give him a break is my reaction.

So, you’ve met both of them? These people deserve a life without all this nonsense over every person they are seen with. In that regard, I actually feel sorry for them.

I think he CAN, if he really wants to. DHop has to be reasonable, and Beane has to see it as a nice fit. I like it as an option, and curious to see how it goes. You won’t have to talk me off a ledge if it doesn’t happen, but it is intriguing. I like the guys we have, and I have higher hopes for Gabe Davis this season than many, but it seems someone is always hurt. I don’t want a huge drop off.

I hope their parents push them to sign with the Bills. After all, they grew up in Africa with tee shirts proclaiming the Bills as Super Bowl Champs! We have a history!

I like the feeling that our front office in now smart enough to be able to find the “next Josh” without letting a couple decades pass. I vote YES on a smart FO!

And players, especially QB’s, are just lasting longer and longer with better training and nutrition, etc. Josh can do that too, he just needs to adjust his style a bit and be more judicious in picking his spots.

Sadly, I swear some people would love to see it so they could prove they were right in all their constant complaining. Things are not perfect, but there are not many teams I’d want to trade places with.

Happy Birthday Josh! He’s only 27, and he’s still learning. The people who act like we are out of chances are just full of drama. I hate drama. Surround him with weapons and protect him. We have at least a decade of high level football to look forward to. Time will tell, and fingers crossed.

A buddy of mine recently joined a healthy but stagnant bank as CEO. He was brought in to grow things by adding lenders and other measures. The previous CEO was made Vice Chairman, because nobody knew what that meant, and he didn’t feel like he lost stature. His old staff loved him and thought it was a good thing. Titles can be decieving. Keep your titles, show me the money!

I’m pinched for time and not able to read the article right now, but the wife and I recently saw something on TV about the domestication of dogs that We found fascinating. The most important trait for the transition was not intelligence, size, endurance or any of the qualities you might think of. It was friendliness. They were in a pack of wolves living off human scraps, and being friendly helped get them accepted. My Goldens have been leaders in this category, to the point that it is almost their most over the line traits. Just behind SHEDDING!

Traveling right now, so I can’t look to be sure. I believe it is Critter Ridder. He just gave it to us, least he could do after what we spent with him. Not sure if it’s great stuff, or if our squirrel got sloppy crossing the road one day, but the problem ended. I like your holiday solution, though!

I guess coming here to troll is more fun than listening to what’s going on with Pats* fans. I have a Bills fan buddy living in Boston, and he is LOVING the mood up there. Is it a coincidence that I am seeing less Cheater gear worn by the Frontrunner Bandwagon People? Me thinks not. Quite predictable.

Maybe young people don’t know enough to recognize when someone is unnecessarily complicated things in life in the name of greed. And I am all for capitalism, but greed can cut both ways. They can make more off of you, while annoying many others, causing some to look for the door. It’s not all win/win. . ..

I wanted to like or agree here, but 28 minutes on a treadmill was too unappealing. Did I mention the great food at the gym I might rejoin? My wife is for it, but she doesn’t know all my reasoning. I like exercise, love it even, but it should be disguised as tennis, or something else.
