  1. Umm, I’m not sure what to say! You had blotter notes???
  2. This is fun. Carry on……..
  3. Do you think the insurance company might catch on?
  4. ….that we know of. …..yet. 😋 I’d love to be rich, and I’d hate to be famous. Everybody you run into is going to have that moment as their perception of you. Sometimes I might have other things going on and just not be in the mood. But you’re still leaving that as their image of you that they will share with everyone given a chance.
  5. Every big company I worked for had policies against these relationships. I’ve seen these relationships develop countless times, and someone always has to go. Regardless of whether you think you might lose a lawsuit, the employer has rules they put in place for a reason. Follow the employers rules, or pay the price, in this case both of them it appears. I’ll also caution that we probably don’t know as much as we should to be jumping to any kind of firm conclusions, IMO.
  6. Sadly, I can’t think of an adequate way to thank them!
  7. Nope. FAR from a ton. I was just there and roughly on their schedule. A couple hours won’t have zero difference, but it doesn’t begin to normalize things. A week, however, THAT makes a HUGE difference. I call BS on the NFL.
  8. Oh, how I wish I hadn’t clicked. She looks closer to 600 than 60. Drugs are bad, kids! YIKES!!!
  9. We went to the movies and bought a ticket to something lame hoping to sneak into another theater to see some flesh. They were onto us from the get go. 🤷‍♂️
  10. I don’t think a few hours makes any difference. I am certain a week makes a difference.
  11. YOU CAN’T MAKE ME! ok, maybe I’ll peek to see what it looked like on TV. 😋 .
  12. I had a ground nest, and both my son and I got stung. I tried spraying multiple times in the evening, but even at 10PM they were still some out and about and I could never kill the nest. Eventually we were leaving for a trip about 5AM and I sprayed before we left. When we got back they were gone. Nasty little suckers would swarm you if you got anywhere close! I do not love all of God’s creatures equally.
  13. The funny thing is, I don’t hate oversees games as much as I do the NFL in general right now. Those games are just one sign of the larger problem. I don’t hate wealthy people, even the SUPER wealthy, but now they are messing with the integrity of the game. That’s a fact, and it makes me care about the game a little less. I mean, if they don’t take it seriously, why should I? They stole a “home game” (it was anything but), and added another disadvantage on top of that. That tells me they don’t care.
  14. The owners got me this time. But it is a short sighted victory, because the inequity of the entire situation is a huge black mark against the league in my book. The actual game day experience was nice, but only if you can ignore how inherently unfair it was. I don’t want to just ignore that glaring issue of putting money over the game in such an obvious way. I came away with a London experience I enjoyed, and a far lesser opinion of the NFL. That is MY bottom line. I’ll carry this with me for a long time. .
  15. But what is bolded in black I am skeptical of.
  16. I think it would have been FAR more fair to have us play a home game in Jacksonville. THAT is how stupid this #@%^ was. Think about that.
  17. No, I blame Goodell. You’ll be hearing more of that from me, I’m sure. But next time you should break in the back door quietly, if need be.
  18. I attended. Our record is absolutely miserable when I am present. On a related note, I can be bought.
  19. We were playing some DT we had never heard of at DE yesterday because we were out of DE’s. Von played a ton early (more than hoped for or expected), but then I didn’t see him later. What was his snap count 1st half vs second half? What, EXACTLY, is the Rousseau situation? No, unless you are tanking (and that ain’t us), I keep the guys who are being productive. JMO
  20. Maybe they benefitted from the lack of jet lag and the home field advantage. That idiotic arrangement should have been laughed out of the room when it was first mentioned.
  21. I’m not kidding, they are losing me to some extent over this crap! I used to be an NFL fan, now I’m just a Bills fan. This should have been shut down as just plain stupid in the spitballing stage. They are trying to attract new fans, while sticking it to their core base. I had a buddy who never watched another NFL game after the strike season. I didn’t understand that at the time, but now I do. Sometimes it’s just the last straw, and people move on. I’m like that with the NBA. I loved it back in the Braves days, enjoyed it some thru the Jordan years. Now I wouldn’t go if you gave me free tickets, and for the last 5-10 years I don’t even watch the Finals. We spent big $$$ taking kids to games, and they would turn to me on a Tuesday in Charlotte and say “they’re not even trying!” Yep! The last straw. I have come to enjoy college sports more and more, both football and basketball. I have options. The NFL takes its popularity for granted. If I have to sign up for yet another streaming service like Peacock to see a game, I will voluntarily miss a BIlls game for the first time I can remember. I have $4.99, but it’s a matter of principle. Both sides can say “screw you!”
  22. I’ve been to games in both places now, and I learned the Jags have as many or more fans in London as they do in Jacksonville. After all these years, what do you expect? A Bills “home game” my arse!
  23. I’m not sure, but I’m going to give his wife her space.
  24. Watching it live it looked like it was there if the ball came out sooner with some zip.
  25. If I decide I don’t want to follow like I used to, it’s because I’m turning my back on them. If and when I get to that point, I’m not going to steal from them. It’s even worse. I will stop caring.
