  1. Go to Bouchon, in the Venetian. Trust me on that.
  2. Yes he did, and also injured his teammates in that game as well.
  3. That was my first game with season tickets. Magic Johnson roamed the Rams sidelines that day. I distinctly remember Lofton catching that ball. Can't believe I didn't get cheap Oilers wild-card tickets that day........AND then not put in for the SB ticket that I could have sold for $$$$.
  4. I'll take this for $500, Alex. I've been watching NASCAR since it's tape-delayed days on ESPN in the 80's. Now it's all about money vs. regional fan bases and "events" at those tracks once a year. Yesterday was pathetic at Indy. Checked in for 3 laps and quickly checked out.
  5. Oh don't let the secret out! That is one of my favorite foods I've ever eaten. Be sure to get the cucumber salad with the Asian sesame dressing as well there. For a sandwich......honestly it's a tie between a John's chicken finger sub with everything, or a Schwabl's weck. I'll be going to potentially both this weekend when in town.
  6. BRUSSEL SPROUTS 2lbs whole sprouts, ends trimmed and cut in half. Put in a ziplock with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Put on a greased sheet pan in a single layer, and bake at 400F for 25 minutes. You can broil them for a few minutes at the end but WATCH them the entire time. Pour into a large bowl, and douse with good Balsamic vinegar. When serving, drizzle Balsamic glaze (different product) over the top, and then some good hard Italian cheese gets grated on top also. You're welcome.
  7. I hate you so much.
  8. This thread will escalate as of Monday. I'm betting 103 pages.
  9. This, all day. I am convinced if he rolled out more, the offense would be at least 3 points better per game, if not more.
  10. Not interested in the '86 Bears....needs editing.
  11. I'm sorry you are having these issues. I'm only 16 days out of the house but it's very cordial and perhaps is for the best. Seen the kids and her about 5 times, friendly every time.
  12. Pete "Seeger" Bob "Seger" Sorry, had to. We have problems with that designation already.....we like to call it, Mid-Atlantic.
  13. Shhhh......these are funny. Let him keep going.
  14. She's hot but really stupid.
  15. Having lived in Buffalo and now Cincinnati, I feel that Cincinnati is the END of the northeast, and the BEGINNING of the south and midwest. So I put our portion of Ohio into the midwest. Not sure if Cleveland warrants that Midwest moniker, but Columbus does (Yolo). The midwest ends when you hit Colorado west, Texas/Ohio south, Michigan north, and Ohio east.
  16. He probably was upstream and ended up in the dam per the report.
  17. Absolutely true. Most people (who don't know) assume Buffalo is "outside the city," nearer to NYC than in the Western part of the state.
  18. Tyler Perry. 2nd Kat Williams. To FLIP it...listen here: http://www.feralaudio.com/show/cheap-seats/
  19. My Roku's do NOT have optical outs. It goes from the TV directly into my soundbar. It's not mounted so I'm useless to this conversation. You can get more helpful insight from me in your Favorite Cereal thread....
  20. Cocoa Puffs back in the day. SO good. Large discounted boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios from Costco today. SO cheap.
  21. You sir, are clearly a Bills fan. League prediction: Aaron Rodgers has a redonk season but they lose to the Seabags in the NFC Championship game. Bills prediction: I really feel 10-6 but because of a tiebreaker we lose with the Titans, we miss the playoffs....yet again.
  22. I love checking out what's new in the Chive app every morning. Today, to my pleasant surprise, I found Pinto Kenny, but it won't let me post the picture and caption here. Someone help, and continue the Chive discussion!
