12th man is famous in Seattle .. it is just something we have on our Ring of Honor. We are BillsMafia and the Ring should reflect that. If anyone knows somebody that works for the Bills .. put in a good word. Should happen first week next year when fans. Are fully back.
#BillsMafia
What's the difference between Bill's Mafia and a Bills fan ? I have been a fan since 1971. I was here for Chuck Knox and the school of Hard Knox, I was here for Hank Bullough and the 2 and 14 years. I remember Talking Proud . I was here for Jim Kelly and Bruce Smith. I was here for the drought and I am here now for the process and Allen. Does that make me a fan or do I qualify for the Bills Mafia?

This is right in line with how Snyder runs that organization.
They have prostitutes on the NFL payroll, flying on the team plane.
He just learned it from watching Dan.
How do I get on that team ?

If you're a fan and can't be happy with a win, why are you a fan.
They aren't. They are a$$ hats.

I don’t think Donald grabbed the back of the collar. It was more in the front.
If that was Tom Brady grabbed by the collar and thrown like that they would have suspended him for three weeks and slapped a big fine on him.

Schein is from downstate but attended Syracuse University. He had a big drive time show in Syracuse as a student and had to learn that CNY is Bills Country. So the Bills love is something he picked up as a college student.
I didn't know that Syracuse had a course in Bills love, but I approve of it.

He said he couldn't be on the same team with him. No problem he's not. Who cares what a Miami player says?

Damn right, yo. It's 1988 all over again. Just need another couple drafts.
This is what I keep saying. It reminds me of 1988. I don't know why the fans can't show a little patience. We lost a close game to what they claim is the best team in the NFL. Suck it up guys! We are getting there. And yes I was a Bills fan in 1988. Been a Bills fan since 1971.

This ain't the same old boring Bills organization of the past. They're doing all cool stuff like the Kelly and Allen vid, and the Tre and Bruce one, the embedded series. I'll say it again, they could not have made a better choice to rename the stadium. "New Era" is absolutely perfect. All of a sudden they're kind of fun and interesting. I've been a BIlls fan for nearly 30 years now. This fun stuff is going to take a little getting used to.
And Beane really made a genius move getting John Brown here. I can't recall the last free agent pick up the Bills had that was so productive and reliable right away esp a wide receiver. Someone refresh my memory if you can think of one.
Brown is a really good player. Some as productive I think of James Lofton. But we all have our favourites.

Great post. I think you and I are about the same age.

That's a good summary. That's pretty much the way I saw it too.

This reminds me a bit of the 87-88 Bills. They are getting decent.. Showing signs of joining the NFL, strong defense, offense beginning to figure it out.
Not sure they have completely arrived yet the way the 88 Bills did.
I think you are right. I told my son the same thing after the game yesterday.

It was with a coach. John Madden would not fly. The Raiders always took a train or a bus.

It makes all the sense in the world.
EDIT: @Royale with Cheese
Seriously, Royale, can you picture Bart Star or Johnny Unitas doing that?
Even Joe Ferguson...the guy who played in a game where he said that he had a sprain and it was actually broken?
...what a Douche.
That was back in the days when men played football.

Thank you for writing a really good post. You summed things up very well.

Here's my deal:
I've watched this team for going on 30 years now. 17 of that was in utter futility.
This team has shown me several key things that I haven't seen in those 17 years:
1) The ability to close out wins.
2) The ability to come back from mistakes
3) ACTUAL ***** QUARTERBACKING
Do people like you (nitpickers) have the ability to see the forest for the God-foresaken trees?
I don't know if they have the ability to see, or they just like to B word. Some of them are probably just trolls. I have been a Bills fan for 50 years now. I see the same things that you see.

Speaking generally of that class of fan here that always takes the under while claiming to be a supporter.
To me anything that happened before the Pegulas has no bearing on this team now. Why should it? There isn't anyone in a position of importance left from those days.
Thank God there isn't anyone left from those days.

I say the same thing.
Who gives a flying frack what Colin Coward says.
The next time I listen to that guy would be the first time I listen to that guy.
I am 70 years old. My bar fighting days were over years ago, so why do I want to kick Colin's a$$?

Forgive me, as I was a child in the 90’s, and I see how Thurman, Jim, Bruce and co are all still friends now a days, but weren’t the Bills teams of the era known as the “bickering Bills.” Some of you guys that were actually really following the team at the time have any input on this?
I was there . The bickering Bills was just one year when they were just starting to get good. When they started winning they stopped fighting. I remember that year. Thanks for bringing back memories.

Yes, that's it. When we were going to Super Bowls they didn't give any credit or respect then either.

We upgraded with a lot of above average talent, respective of their role on the team. No "splash" signings and half the analysts think Allen is Jamarcus Russell, so here we are with these articles.
It shows A) It's time to put up or shut up for this team and B) Journalists are lazy.
We're building a team. I'd rather have a massively upgraded roster in terms of being complete, with depth, than have thrown a bunch of money at Le'Veon Bell and CJ Mosley.
Josh Allen has all the weapons necessary to change the Josh Allen narrative amongst his haters this year.
In terms of journalists being lazy.. They don't seem to care about the Roberts, Kroft, Feliciano, Nsehke, Spain, Morse, K Johnson, J Brown, Beasley signings as much as they do 2 or 3 names they recognize.
This is what I wanted to say but you said it better than I could. I think you should take that journalists job. You did a much evaluation than he did.

Right back at them. They suck to.

I'm glad we have McDermott
in The Stadium Wall
Posted
In my humble opinion anyone who ***** about Coach McDermott should be forced to have Hank Boullogh for coach for a couple years. Remember when he got stuck in the elevator?
