    Simply put, trading for Romo would be a monumental mistake. Injury prone and too costly to lose draft picks over. Whaley would be signing his termination. Whaley loves to over pay with draft picks.

    Couldn't we transition tag Gilmore at highest level, that way we get a first if he wants to go elsewhere?

    After all of our poor drafting, I would clean out the scouts first and cherry pick from the teams who are the leaders of the league.

    Here's a thought, whomever it is that scouts qbs for the bills should be fired first. Followed by Rob Ryan who did nothing for us.

    If we only upgrade one position qb would have the biggest positive impact.

    Tyrod is not the answer. His elusive Ness is nice but he is inaccurate, slow to react and indecisive. The leadership of the organization need to make the call, work on Jones and draft another qb this coming year.
