Help a Bills Brethren who will be far away from his kitchen for this one and needs to live through your culinary efforts Sunday Night.
Not a problem when I can source food ingredients like last year's Super Bowl in Argentina however the USA does not have a 6+ decade blockade of Argentina so more resources are available.
What are you planning to cook up for this GAME OF THE SEASON?

Three Dolphins Starters Suffer Serious Injuries against Ravens
https://www.si.com/nfl/dolphins/news/miami-dolphins-sustain-key-injuries-against-ravens
...Tagovailoa’s throwing arm (his left) was rolled up on at the end of a fourth-down scramble for a gain that didn’t continue the drive.
Pass rusher Bradley Chubb, whose 11 sacks leads the Dolphins defense, suffered what appears to be a right knee injury on a late fourth-quarter drive, and was carted off the field.
And cornerback Xavien Howard suffered a troublesome foot injury on the Ravens first possession of the game and never returned to the contest.
All three injuries could drastically alter how the Dolphins operate on offense and defense in the season finale against the Buffalo Bills...

I recall the Bills coveting him way back when, when he first signed with the Cowboys. Big Baller Beane always gets his man, even if he has to wait for him (see Steph Diggs & Emmanuel Sanders).
Didn’t Rex Ryan make a trip down south in an attempt to sign him before the Cowboys did and failed miserably?

Tired of that white creamy crap.
Took me almost a week to finish the batch I made for the game in New England earlier this year and that game and the damn Blanc Chowder both left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
Thinking of going red for tomorrow.
On the other hand, I may just go Dim Sum with Shrimp Har Gow, Pork Siu Mai and Sticky Rice Lotus Leaf Wraps in the double deck 12” bamboo steamer and some quails on the BBQ grill.
What’s on your game day menu for tomorrow?

We traditionally make homemade raviolis for Christmas Day and when we’re really feeling up to it the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve. (It can be hard coming up with seven seafood dishes but it’s a bunch of fun!)
I did that once for Christmas Eve when I was living on a Caribbean island.Octopus
Conch
Lobster
Red Snapper
Seafood Risotto
Crabs
Crap…I can’t remember the last one.
I cooked a lot of food for the 5 of us.

Nursing a wicked hangover today so thinking some chicken noodle soup and a side of Tylenol
I had to have two rounds of Tylenol this morning and had difficulty having a glass of wine with lunch.I hope to rebound for the Bills game.
May need to nap through this Steelers and Bengals game.

Bought 3 lbs of attached fresh chicken wings and have them marinating since yesterday morning in a Cajun Asian fusion I created.
Will grill them on the NG for game time.
As an appetizer, I bought 4 lbs of mussels that I will cook up in a garlic wine marinara sauce with crusty Italian bread.
Not to theme.
I know.

I never cease to be amazed at how some of you eat. Even more so about how much effort you put into cooking!
Food is life my Bills Brethren. It is a form of Art.
Great ideas here.
I will see what looks good early tomorrow morning when I go shopping.
After the smoked brisket and ribs of the KC game and that 3 lb Tomahawk Steak for the Cowboys game, some fish might be wise.
i need a cleanse before the Wife’s Big Ass Christmas Dinner.

When the Chargers were in San Diego, my go to was Fish Tacos.
Now they are in LA which is too big to have only one or two signature dishes.
Even the name Chargers does not lend itself to an obvious theme.
Open to suggestions.

Naked.
I don’t think the jumbo roaster chicken wings up here in Canada are anywhere near as enormous as the ones you have south of the border due to different poultry regulation regimes. The ones I had last time at Gabriel’s Gate were ridiculously gigantic.
I am a flat guy and always order flats only — “we will try…” — unless the wife is with me since she likes the drums.
When I make wings at home, I look for fresh wings not even cut up and simply cook them that way whether on the grill, smoker, air fryer, oven or slow stewed stove top Caribbean stylee.

The OL’s performance in the Cowboys game was well beyond impressive.
If the OL continues to play at that level, not only will the Bills make the playoffs, they will make a deep playoff run.

I just removed the Siran wrap off it after having it in the fridge since Friday with my most expensive olive oil, sea salt and crushed peppercorns I just half milled.
It is so pretty.
I don't know to eat it or make love to it slowly.

No doubt that is what I will be having at the Havana Hotel Bar along with their signature Mojitos while watching the game.
I wonder if there will be any Bills fans there?
I expect more Dolphin fans since Miami is only 90 miles away.
