  1. Anyone find a source of tiger meat? No? What is the City of Cincinnati famous for food wise? CookinGenie says the following: From the unique Cincinnati chili to the beloved goetta, pretzels, bratwurst, Montgomery Inn ribs, Graeter's Ice Cream, and the thriving craft beer culture, the city offers a diverse array of famous foods to satisfy every palate. Not much to work with there is there? What a crap hole!!! Rachel Ray who once was a hottie when she was closer to 100 lbs than 175 has this: Cincinnati Chili for the Firehouse | Rachael Ray "I'm cooking up a meal that I've written in celebration of International Firefighters' Day," says Rach. "We're going to make Cincinnati-style chili, which is always served on spaghetti—fun fact, by the way! I'm presenting this as one of the dishes that I'm going to share with my friends at Denis Leary's Firefighter Foundation Challenge event that brings awareness to the needs of firefighters." (Rach is a member of the board.) The chili is made with ground beef and red kidney beans and served with the pasta, shredded cheddar, chopped onions, saltines and hot sauce, even though she says the dish is already spicy. Yum! Ingredients For the Spice Mix: ¼ cup chili powder 1 tablespoon smoked paprika or pimenton 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon smoked cinnamon or ground cinnamon ¼ teaspoon allspice ¼ teaspoon ground cloves For the Meat Sauce: 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 yellow onions, finely chopped Salt and pepper 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1 fresh bay leaf 1 ½ pounds ground beef, 80% 1 quart beef bone broth or stock 2 tablespoons vinegar (white or cider) 2 cups tomato sauce or passata One 14-ounce can red kidney beans To Serve: 1 pound spaghetti Yellow sharp cheddar, shredded Finely chopped white onions Saltine crackers, to pass at table Hot sauce of choice, to pass at table Serves: 4 Preparation For the spice mix, combine ingredients in small bowl.     Heat a large pot of water to boil for pasta. For the meat sauce, heat oil in Dutch oven or soup pot over medium heat. Add onions and season with salt and pepper. Add garlic and bay leaf and sweat onions until soft, 7 to 8 minutes. 2. The nerve of BF. The goofy eared bastard also thinks he is an actor...
  3. Who? He is dead to me.
  4. I like interceptions by our D.
  5. That makes sense. The Bengals had a very rough start to the season where those factors you listed happened. Vegas isn’t putting a lot of emphasis on momentum. That the Bengals clearly have and the Bills do not.
  6. Given the typical 3 points the Home Team gets and the Bengals are on a 3 game winning streak — beat @Cardinals, Seahawks and @49’ers — and the Bills have stumbled to victories recently, it seems Vegas sees the Bills in a more positive light than many here. I tend to be an optimistic Bills fan however I don’t have a good feeling about Sunday Night’s game in Cincinnati. What do you think Vegas is seeing that perhaps we are overlooking?
  7. Sweaty. Oh….you were not asking about mine during the game. Never mind.
  8. The BBQ Chicken and Steak served on a wooden plank was most excellent. Anyone know where I could tiger meat over the next week?
  9. What a set Linda Carter had. She was not as large as Dolly Parton however Dolly did not have the legs that Linda did.
  10. Your High School Chess Club was that tough? Mine wasn't. Here is how the HIgh School Chess Club at my high school blew off steam..
  11. My TREASURE is a nice Black Angus steak to grill and then throw on a plank. I also got two chickens that will be tied to the stake and BBQ roto'd. Everything in the fridge marinating until much later on. Now that I had a good solid breakfast it is time to start tailgating with rum & Coke.
  12. If someone has the courage to put a live crab or lobster down the front of their pants, the store policy should be to let him/her/it walk out unstopped with a smile on their face.
  13. What do pirates eat? I will serve whatever I make on a wooden plank.
  14. Nice!!! The photo does look like a high school Chess Club reunion.
  15. Why Jersey? You should be able to get this done locally. Nevermind….
  16. Ended up giving the 3 dogs the left over Seafood Chowder in the kennel. Not sure if it is the Basset Hound or the Great Dane but one or both have the squirts. I have already power washed the kennel floor 5 times since I gave it to them. They are Bills fans. The third member of our canine family is a rescue from St Lucia and he is a Seahawks fan like my wife. The prick is fine. Evil never dies.
  17. I have enough leftovers of that loss causing Seafood Chowder for a week or so however I will eat some today, remove any shells and freeze the rest for the next time we play the Patriots in Buffalo on New Year's Eve @ 1:00 PM and crush their Baked Bean Loving Skulls. What do the Tampa Bay Buccaneers inspire a menu of? I am thinking Pirate Food. I have plenty of rum. Does anyone know where one can buy a butchered parrot that I can put on the rotisserie?
