I made the Brown Onion Gravy yesterday with Golden Slowly Sweated Sweet Onions and 2 cups of my home made Australian Shiraz and it turned out great. Going to pick some potatoes from the garden tomorrow morning to boil and add to the Mash along with Baby Carrots and Rutabaga. Could not find fresh Bangers here yesterday so I will buy some sort of fresh sausage when my local grocery store opens at 7:00 AM and grill them on the Natural Gas BBQ since it looks like rain and wind here in the morning. We are celebrating Thanksgiving today rather than tomorrow however the wife wanted to cook the Capon and sides. All I get to cook is Potato Leek Soup and a Mixed Salad from the garden. Probably use the Onion Gravy for that dinner as well.

Most British Cuisine (like Scottish Cuisine) is based on a dare. Nonetheless, we must defend our isle..no matter what the cause may be. I am a ManCity Fan so I have made traditional British Breakfasts in the past for my Citizenship. The internet recipes all yield results that my 3 hungry dogs will not eat. So I have brought my Northern Italian heritage to play and upgraded the recipe and end product. That Brown "Gravy" you see smothered over the food abortion in an unsuccessful attempt to hide/bury/make edible the s.....tuff under it is a basic Onion Gravy. What I do is caramelize sweet onions very very slowly for a couple of hours and use that in the recipe. Also double the amount of red wine the recipe calls for. Finally, use your own chicken stock rather than what comes out of a store bought can or carton. Yes, I will endeavour to make Bangers & Mash less of an assault on one's stomach for tomorrow morning. What is on your game day menu?

Don’t want to count my chickens before I oven roast them however we have a very doable schedule until we play @Eagles, BYE and @Chiefs. The Bucs game is in Buffalo. The Bengals look vulnerable. The rest of those 7 games we should be favoured by 7+ points. Would love to go into our BYE week 11-1 or 10-2.
